In terms of the actual NRL, I don't think it massively matters if half a round is called off and never replayed, with the ladder going to win percentage rather than points. It's an uneven draw anyway which is exactly the reason the competition is decided by playoffs rather than a straight ladder.
As literally the only owner of the highest scoring player this week I don't think option 1 should be considered

Obviously unlikely but if they just cancelled the remaining games this weekend and it was a too bad too sad situation in regards to fantasy just trying to work out my score.

If NRL players/officials only interact with other NRL players (and do not interact with other members of the public), then it reduces the chance of any of them getting and spreading COVID.
It is only worthwhile if they actually enforce it (not sneaking out to the TAB/pub/restaurant/strip joint)
