It might be a fun little game to calculate how boom or bust your team is. This is purely for interest and I acknowledge calculating median scores would be a better representation for squad strength. I have calculated mine by doing the following:

    For your ‘boom’ score:
    - Calculate and add the highest scores from your 17 highest scorers. Double your highest score for your captain

    For your ‘bust’ score:
    - Calculate and add the lowest scores from your 17 lowest scorers. Double your lowest score for your captain
    - Take injuries and outliers into account.

    My ‘boom’ score:
    1788 from 17 Shocked
    Captained Cleary’s 144
    6 Banners
Threw away scores from Jackson (72), Olakau’atu (71), Verrills (45) and Schoupp (39).

    My ‘bust’ score:
    325 from 17 Beer
    Captained Tupouniua’s 2
    3 single digit scores
Threw away scores from Cleary (61), Fifita (43), Jackson (40) and Crichton (36).

Brailey to Grant locked in for me, then. Literally no owners of Grant in the top 1000 at the moment, though I imagine it'll change after this week. Could be a good POD.

What an effort from Lisa Carrington. Two gold medals in an hour, she's now tied as NZ's most decorated Olympic athlete with two more events to come this week. Legend.

Panthers play before the Storm at least. I imagine most would be sacrificing Hynes for Cleary, so we'd know one way or the other.

The way Ivan Cleary spoke about him in the presser didn't seem like he'd be back for at least another 2 weeks

Yeah, he didn't sound very confident at all.

Honestly, not sure why you'd risk him. Give him at least 2 or 3 more weeks off really.

Also Peach is poached...last week will be his ceiling if he continues to play 30 minutes which it looks like he will (fucking centres)

Exactly, kinda odd how Ivan has pretty much shut down his return anytime soon by saying he doesn't have a timetable to return, no point in risking him before the finals and so forth yet names him in the extended bench already? Either way I doubt he plays this week, but next week could be a real chance

Aitken made 41 tackles and 163 metres. His greatest strength has always been running the ball so I think his base stats are sustainable.
