Was that for a crusher?  He gave away a nasty one but wasn't even penalized and the player toughed it out and got up and played the ball.

Titans utility Tyrone Peachey faces a one-match ban after he was hit with a dangerous conduct charge following a review of Monday night's games.

The incident involving Bulldog Aaron Schoupp in the 63rd minute has attracted a grade one charge and an early guilty plea would see Peachey miss the Titans' clash with the Cowboys in round 21.

Peachey is facing a one-week ban irrespective of whether he enters an early guilty plea or goes to the judiciary and loses.

Yeah, pretty sure that's the one I'm thinking of. Pretty sure if was Schoupp. It looked fucking pretty nasty, couldn't believe it was let go.

I still reckon Fog walks back in as long as they're in contention for the 8. He's their halfback and occasional captain, just can't see him being dropped for a 2 game rookie based on performances against the Dogs and Dragons.

Hynes and Peachey > Ponga and Mitchell leaves you 0k ITB. It would leave you pretty stacked. Mitchell for 600k can go huge as we seen on the weekend. I have no faith whatsoever in Peachey. I canned him a month ago. I also think he will miss this round through suspension so moving him on is now or never.

As an alternative to Mitchell you could go Rapana. I would only consider this route though if he holds his spot at the back. It gives you additional cover in the centres and leaves next to no holes in your squad.

Then for your last trade, it’s whoever goes down injured. Just replace injured player for a like for like in the same role.

Leaves me no centre cover if I get Latrell and trades are at a premium. I think I’ll just hold Peachey in case Manu or Ramien go down.

Getting Trell feels like chasing last weeks score as he could have a couple of low scores coming.

Just keep it simple and keep captaining the hot streak. He scored 100 points in the first 20 minutes after the half

Fullbacks average ~36 against the Storm.

Only Latrell's 84 earlier in the year is a legit captaincy score against the Storm.

Obviously, Trbo is probably the best fullback in the comp, but you can understand why you wouldn't Captain him.

He looked solid mate.  Seemed to work well with Taylor too.  I know they were playing the Dogs but from what Holbrook was saying pregame, I'd actually be surprised if Fog walks straight back into the number 7 jersey.  Although, I also wouldn't be surprised if he gets a game to fight it out for the spot moving forward.

Thanks mate. Fog is a great organisational half. His shortfall is in defence; in the respect of his hit and stick and decision making. With Titans being leaky, Sexton may get the gig if he can replicate Fog in his talk and be better in defence.

From what I've seen of Sexton too I can already tell he is an elite goalkicker in the NRL. Really nice technique and strikes the ball very well so that is in his favour too

But Bird should be back this week

Gotta wonder if they'd even bother contesting it for a 1 wk game they should win, he isn't exactly a major contributor

Mate, you probably need a couple of boom or busts if you want to make up the well publicised gap in your bet. Proper advice to you is that any safe play isn’t going to close the gap.

If you don’t like that idea, I’d suggest Hynes and Brailey > Ponga and Cook. Cook can banner. I have held Brailey but in hindsight, shouldn’t have. An average of 44.5 over the last 8 games is a large enough sample size to suggest he isn’t going to go back to 65+. This would leave you with 40k ITB and next round I would turn Peachey into Best. Again, he can go big and is a POD.

I strongly suggest getting rid of Peachey though. He won’t post a 50 for the rest of the year. Latrell and Rapanas (at fullback) floor are a lot higher than Peacheys. They can both banner.

I feel very sorry for ytsb...I won by 2 points & he had 16 players because he missed the Fogarty out news before the Panthers game so he could of shifted Burton to the halves & played Peachey if he had of known. There's no way I should of won it & ytsb was very unlucky.

    Cook
    Haas, Murray, Crichton
    Fifita, CHN
    Cherry-Evans, Moses
    Best, Ramien
    Ponga, Trbojevic, Tedesco

    McCullough, Doueihi, Schuster, Manu

    Walsh, Olakau’atu, Verrills, Suaali

Looks pretty stacked to me. Decent cover in all positions aside from your mid.

    Hunt you grant for me.

I have cheese too, I don’t know if going grant over cook in this situation is smart or not. Can afford either. Running low on trades.

So there’s at least 2 ppl in the top 1000 with more trades left than they can use?

TBF I would guess that distribution of trades remaining would be pretty similar for top 5k/10k etc. So main determinant is good decisions, timing and luck
