Looking at trading out hynes and a high priced gun for Cleary and a base price cow. If Cleary returns next round, 5 round of his captain scores of 95*2 I think that's a good trade. Also leaves one last trade for an injury too. Have played (relatively) conservatively all season to be able to take some risks at the end!

Apologies if it's been discussed alot already but what's the general consensus on trading Cleary back in? Got a few out of form players in my team and want to do something ballsy with my last 3 trades as the only season long red dot I've got is Savage. Hopefully afb and cam Graham return this round.

this gives me the shits and it happens all game long.
ref calls held, but attacker keeps agitating forward.. defense has two options:
1 - release immediately - attacker then steps in front of the defenders and plays the ball, way forward of the mark of held call, play continues, attacking team has advantage.. usually a dart from dummy half to create a roll on.
2 - keep holding and get pinged for six again.
Also players taking a big step to the side of the mark to get a huge roll on from dummy half because it leaves both markers on one side.

Everybody who has enough trades and money to do so will get Cleary back.

NRL should consider adding a second ref to police the ruck

Will have to wait for ynot to break this down for us this week then
Although Hynes may be grabbing a spot in the halves. Just saw this from nrlphysio:
Jahrome Hughes left early with a calf injury, appeared to suffer it whilst taking this kick late in the 2H. Storm hopeful it is minor, but considering their depth wouldn’t be surprising for him to miss a week or two for adequate rehab. If confirmed minor, most return in 1-3 weeks https://t.co/crRvNsod2R

How ya sitting points wise this week mate?
I've tried not to look. Don't really want to see how much my rank will fall until it's all said and done tonight. Expecting a pretty big fall this week if all of the captain options today fire.

Can't have rules being enforced impact the speed of the game.

Sue has a completely different role than Watson. Against the bigger packs Sue goes out early to wear the bruises for first 20-25 minutes. Watson is more crafty and elusive with most of his runs using late footwork to find inside shoulders of defenders. Knight's plan against the big Raiders pack was to ram it down their throat early, which Sue suits much more than Watson
Oh yeah I agree and that's why it was a perfect time to bench Watson to do this. I'm just hoping he gets a start again on Thursday.

Might still trade Hynes to a WFB. Can't get anyone meaningful for Laurie.

Me: 749 + Fifita (C), Turbo and Peachey
My autofill: 793 + Fifita, Turbo, Averillo (after forgetting about my loop and getting Verrills instead of Hynes, woo!)

Hmm fair. Kinda depends on this Hughes injury too. If it's a 1 week break then trading Hynes definitely seems a good option.
But if he's gone for 3+ weeks of the 5 week season, Hynes could pretty much have a spot locked in at Half or FB for the remaining 5 rounds.
Especially with potential resting of players in round 25 it's going to be a crazy end to the season.
Do we have any Fanatics in the top 10/20 with a shot of winning it this season?

626 with Averillo, Fifita, Schoupp, Tolman and Turbo to go.
Captained Haas this week so going to feel the heat from the other captaincy options people are playing. My low ownership players probably not going to thrill in the scoring department either.
Oh well I've got 5 trades up my sleeve still and the cash to get Cleary back so a one week setback shouldn't hinder me too much hopefully.

Sorry for the delay on this, knocked out of my H2H so fantasy has been less front of mind.
Captains > 1% for last weeks top 1000:
Haas: 31.8%
Fifita: 25%
DCE: 21.9%
Trbo: 16.9%
Johnson: 1.9% (will be a trade out)
Hughes: 1.1%
Will post the par chart shortly

It wouldn't be called a Monday night double header if it wasn't in Queensland right?
