He didn't pass it, was ruled Teddy successfully stripped the ball in a 2 man tackle, which was legal as he was in a try scoring motion. Doesn't get any clearer that he stopped the ball carrier scoring by stripping the ball.WT Winfield wrote:

If you're holding the guy up over the line and he gets it out to a teammate who scores, you don't get a TS. It's basically the same scenario.
