Carl Hayman, former All Black prop, aged 41 has been diagnosed with early stages of dimentia. Not hard to understand why the NRL are trying to get tough on head high tackles. Will be interesting to see how they approach it this season.

Also on field he is a leader for us now. Our main go to man. He’s trying to set the right example for his 3 kids too he’s maturing.

You can have your opinion though. He plays the game hard though like many others do doing his best for his team. He only missed one game through suspension this year too.

I genuinely don’t buy the off field stuff, it’s mostly organised/supported by the club.

I also don’t think he plays hard at all, he is a cheap shot merchant. I don’t mind a bit of niggle, like JWH or Hodges, walker is a specialist third man in shirt pulling clown.

I think he is on 200k which is peanuts. Even as a back up it’s value. I assume he plays off the bench? Sutton, CHN, young, whitehead, horse all for similar positions. I assume tapine plays more front row? Base that’s on nothing really

Being a leader of the indigenous community just means your black and successful. At the risk of being labelled racist, I will turn your attention to JT, Inglis and Lattrell all purpetrators of crimes particularly against women that are prevelent in the indigernous community. But we don't talk about that, they don't address the youth about that. Instead it's you can be like me and make something from nothing and you can still commit the crimes which ravage our community but they will be swept under the carpet. Now show me that side step

Agreed, the G.I is the one that bugs me the most. When ever I hear a player touted as “the next GI” I always say, “what he will punch his mrs and get busted drinking driving and get off, yet still be known as a great and a leader in the indigenous community”

Joel Thompson another one, everyone goes on about how good a guy he is, all the work he did in the community. He also put his mrs in hospital for a few nights, and is an absolute tool.
