Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 7
Watching tonight's Panthers v a Eels game I noticed that Gutherson really had very little involvement. However when Norman went off, he moved to 5/8, and took over the goal kicking when Gordon went off. I know it won't happen often, if at all, but it made him look like a better option.

Did he play right CTR or wing mate?Chucky wrote:Watching tonight's Panthers v a Eels game I noticed that Gutherson really had very little involvement. Re: 2016 NRL.com Fantasy Thread Part 7
watch out for fisher-harris he looked the best Panthers forward.
Gutherson will get plenty of attacking stats and will be a decent NPR
Semi wont get as many tries this year, a lot less of those cut out balls that put him away with Jennings there

Tupou never had a problem scoring tries with Jennings outside him so I don't think it would be too bad. They might go to Jennings more but Jennings set up his winger very well a lot of the time.

JFH will hopefully see some game time this year. Gus has spoken very highly of him.

As Shanbon said a lot of tries for Tupou was kicks. Also Simona is a much better CTR than Jennings at setting up his winger.

coming from someone that bet on him for first try scorer every week I can confirm that isn't true. That's a bit of a myth, while he's very good in the air a lot of the time he would make the contest and bat it down to Jennings.

Did that pay off positively for you over the duration of 26 Rounds?Honeysett wrote:

For me the most impressive player was Waqa Blake.
I had him for part of last year and he mostly looked uninterested but really looked like a different player tonight.
I won't be picking him though.

Not 100% sure with Tupou but overall I was well clear last year.
I pick a know scorer and get on him every week, Semi, Rona (the best), Tupou.
This year I think Semi, Rona and TTurbo are going to be the money makers

Teddy set up 5 tries according to a report.
I will now spend the next half an hour shifting heaven and earth to get him in because that's the way I have been the last two weeks.

Brett Stewart and Tommy Turbo injured in the Manly trial. They get assessed tomorrow. Hamstring for Stewart, ankle for a Turbo Jnr.

Trial game maybe but if Daley doesn't select Ted this year I will seriously consider switching allegiances in protest until he is! HahaHoneysett wrote:Teddy set up 5 tries according to a report.

Welshy mentioned Lichaa and Hodgson. This has been my HOK pairing for a while pending no Baptiste named but Jayden as a cheapie 2nd hooker is tempting

wouldn't waste a second hooker spot on a cheapie like J Niki or Parcell mate too much work to get the second gun hooker in! Who you running as captain mate without Smith? I'm seriously considering MerrinLoomer wrote:Welshy mentioned Lichaa and Hodgson. This has been my HOK pairing for a while pending no Baptiste named but Jayden as a cheapie 2nd hooker is tempting
