    Just a thought;

    With Latrell getting his suspension reduced by a week due to the All-Stars game why shouldn't players like Brandon Smith, Reece Walsh, and Marata Niukore also have their suspensions reduced?

    Could have an impact on R1 selections, especially if Brandon is cleared to play?

    yeah apparently those clubs are also appealing to the NRL and for consistency's sake I can't see why they also wouldn't be approved (however it's the NRL so flip a coin I guess). BSmith named at 13 for round 1 would pique my interest in Grant greatly

    Is that full strength Parra starting 13 with exception of Nathan Brown?

    Assume Russell is front runner for the wing spot based on that.

    Niukore is suspended R1 and Sivo is obviously out until mid-season. Looks likes Russell will get the WNG spot. If named in R1 straight to my 18-21. He averaged 39 in 80 point games played in the WNG last year cheer Judging by Cartwright playing in the first trial and not playing a major role in this game, it would appear he has slipped down the pecking order. There has been whispers that Jake Arthur had done enough to earn a spot in the 17, but I am surprised to see it actually happen. Perhaps he will be the utility instead of Rein.

    It will be interesting to see what role Brown plays when h returns. There are suggestions that Matterson has made a permanent shift to LOCK and Brown will be used for impact of the bench. Does this make [cough cough] Sean Lane an option Excited

    And if you extrapolate the 3 points in 27 minutes out into an 80 minute performance ... Show me the money!!!

    My biggest take away from the trial for TPJ is that he is playing too close to the line on aggressive / illegal, and going to get himself suspended quickly. Was disappointed to see Waddell in the mix. Hearing Patolo has big wraps on him, but was looking to see him a step higher in the rankings.

    I noticed this too with TPJ. Trouble is he didnt do that much in the trial and still scored ok

    I doubt they would go into R1 with 2 utilities on the bench (Boyd & Smith)

    If they do though Lisone @ 240k is a nice EMG pick

    Fermor when he doesn't get attacking stats is pretty volatile and lower scorer (low 30s), seems like a Tupouniua v0.5 where you need a good start to year with attacking stats to boost the cash gen, will it happen?

    Here is an interesting proposition? What if Will Smith has been selected to play the small LOCK role replacing Peachey from last year. Towards the end of the game TINO may spend some time in PROP. Lisone does not have a big motor and they are carrying two HOK, which means there are some minutes hanging around in that pack. Priced at 19. Could be an astute CASH COW, depending on how the game is managed in the next trial. I don't think he would have left Parra to have a just as minimal role with the Titans

    Willing to get trapped he’s passed the eye test multiple times, has a knack to break the line and get those attacking stats, can see him going to another level this year. been high wraps on him since his Newcastle and Qld u’20s days before injury slowed him down.
