Logic and probability would probably suggest you're more likely to need cover for a position with 3 players right? Though doesn't count for loads of variables like injury risk, and a load of fantasy factors like DPP and position scarcity

I think the question he really wants to ask is:
1 cover at HOK with 1 cover at MID; or
0 cover at HOK with 2 cover at MID

Does the tackle bust nerf affect Lolo more than other mids. He's not really a work horse. The beauty of Lolo was adding +3 to most hit ups. He's not really known for his offloads either.
I really want to believe in the Lolo hype but im just not sure!

I'm not sure either mate. Mid is tough! I don't think the TB nerf really affects him anymore than most, he makes enough OLs to somewhat make up for it. He usually gets close to 50 in base most years and was just down across everything last year. Three broken hands will do that though. Some of it is that as a cowboys fan I want to believe!

So looks like no Pereira Oates and Cobbo gonna be on the wing for Brisbane.

    Yes, that was the question

    Something like:

Cook, Arrow, Uto, Bull (Randall, King)

    or

Randall, Arrow, Uto, Lolo (Bull, King)

(take the value out of the equation - most of the Cook money would be spent on other positions - it's more the concept of which is more dangerous)

*Edit* just writing it down, I figure that it's better to run low on mid cover than naked on hooker cover simply because it's easier to trade in another mid if you absolutely need one.

Is that the avatar for Matt dodging a bullet? Broncos training reports do say Oates and Cobbo on the wings, Pereira with the reserves.

Time to finally give up your opposition to SCrichton or are you going to stick it out?

I had both in my latest draft. Periera was my solid score backup if other loop options failed.

Valemei has never looked good in first grade. Amazed they persist with him.

Valemei looks like a potential game breaker in attack but just lacks defensive decision making needs a lot more developing but if they stick with him they could reap the rewards

Mulvy has sent out the L13 codes a few hours ago. If you registered in the Late Comers Leagues please check your PM's and join asap. We understand you don't have much notice, but we need to tidy everything up.

If you registered as a Latecomer and didn't receive a code it may be that we have you in Reserve to fill a higher League.

Just putting final tweaks on the pre-TLT draft. Oh how we all love the thrill of pre-season when any and all nutter options are available, it's all supposition when it comes to a player's minutes and success or failure.
Been following the Burton vs. Bird/Aitken discussion and the arguments are solid for both camps.

Worked out that by going light on bench - looking for cash cows, I can afford the following team:
    Randall
    Bully / Angus / I. Pap
    D. Fifi / Nanai
Cleary (DCE on stand-by)/ Big Red Dog (I think he'll be kicking the shite out of the ball every game)
    Bird / Penis
Coates / SCrichton / Hynes (I'm not convinced Pappy is right)

    Simpkin (short term cash grab)
    Tago
    Tui (TL dependent)
    Ilias
    Schnitzel
    M.King
    A. Fifi
    Koula

Burton has been in / out of my team all pre-season. I still think he'll be top tier Centre but want to see how the Dogs attack works. It's a lot on a kid to carry the whole attack.

Tell me where the Bludgers are gonna collapse ... cos there's no reason 2022 should be any different to every other year.  lol!

This is a sexy team. Thinking of going gun heavy like this too! Getting the right cows and making early money will be key.

Is anyone looking at Hudson Young? Proven elite edge. Just a bit concerned with Ricky and forward rotation each game
