Yeah shit you're right. Mental note made for developing Paps injured R1 contingency - only be 6 teams left including Storm if he a 1hr cut.

    What's your argument for Robson?

Default should be 80 min role, may sometimes get subbed, but Cotter is a MID these days.

Luki takes at least 1 interchange, if not 2 like Kikau. They don't have an 80 min MID. Someone needs to play 80.

Rule changes this season so there are less free interchanges available.

No Tanah Boyd is good for Clark, surely W. Smith just plays 80mins and if a half went off he goes to halves.

Erin Clark should get 60mins might be the best of the hookers around 412k? I know I’m probs sounding like an idiot but there is not great options.

Clark was the first change I made mate.

I may opt for the Steph Curry approach and have a shot from afar this year. I can't make a team I'm happy with.

Would've been ideal if Knights played after Storm as I'd just swap Ponga in. Campbell or Gutho might have to be the backup plan

Sorry guys I didn’t mean W. Smith 80mins I meant surely he won’t get more than 20mins and an injury to the halves he goes on or a HIA.

    E. Clark should be good for 60-65mins? Probs the best of the hookers around that price?

If you don't have him in your team anyway Papy to Hynes works well.

Maybe Papy to Burton if positions allow it,

    $16k bank

    Cheese (C)
    Ipap, Haas, J King
    Fifita, EKat
    DBrown, Ilias
    Penisini, Critta
    Teddy, Papy, Coates

    Randall, Bully, Billy Smith, Schneider

    Tago, M King, Russell, Vailea

    What's your thinking for DBrown?

Also wonder if 5 cheap CTRs (Penisini, Tago, Smith, Critta, and Vailea) is slight overkill, but better than wasting centre trades I guess.

    Looks solid overall to me.

Averaged 48 (adjusted for new scoring) last year while getting almost no attacking stats. He is now back to his preferred left side, has been told to run the ball more and has a ridiculously easy draw until round 9.

    I think he's a big time POD.

The way Gus went on about Rocco Berry last week, might take a punt on him in the centres.

Well I have a team in the team tracker. Without Cleary I can go solid in pretty much every position in my 17. Just relying on some cheaper back up options, but have every position covered pretty well.

My question is, was Robson on your radar at all prior to TLT? Might be a great POD owned by <1% you might be a genius or just different mate Smile

I would rather opt for the extra $73k for Cheese or 92K for Grant, I would prefer to run Clark at 412k who might be up for big minutes for the first few weeks to see how things settle, IF Robbo has been getting big minutes and looks a cheap gun, then upgrade to him?

Anyway each to their own and thanks for sharing your ideas, always good to bounce off and a fresh perspective.

Yeah I'll need to look at it more closely.

I doubt I'm going to want more than the minimum 3 WFBs in my 17, so don't think I can out him in 14-17 for maximum flexibility. But R1 is the easiest week to make these shuffles.

He was always 350, but probably should have been 450, so that's why everyone has him

Yes, was looking for no Granville on the bench and Luki on an EDG to grab Robson ahead of TLT.

If coach shows confidence in Robson to play 80, he will step up. Is definitely a confidence player.
