I thought Fifi/Fifita was now David and Andrew was Afifi. Please continue this way to stop confusing certain people.
I have been using @my tv broke website as the source of truth for stats and match centers for a very long time (don't use APP at all really in this respect). I also thought he was Justin from the OTL podcast (which I mentioned a while ago cryptically), but he has since revealed himself as nabbing Leniu. I will make my yearly subscription payment soon, thank you sir.

He owned those few minutes too and was very vocal. We’ve had a couple of halves in recent times that would have been hiding on the wing or out the back in the same situation. Good on him. Strange pick up but maybe it’s Covid proofing the halves / hooker the best we can.

Dave would be "what if I say I'm not like the others". Believe this is a Sesame Street reference.

I was not making an apology...
Yeah.. he is in my team because he has cheap. I brought him in for someone who was not quite as cheap on Thursday [Hastings] and upgraded Jaxson Paulo [who I also had reservations about] to Nicholl-Klokstad...
It may work out - who knows? It does not change the fact that personally I did not really want Ilias in my team even if he was cheap.
I am sorry if you think it is moronic for me to listen to you
So droll…do better. If you didn’t want him in your team why is he there? He is there because you made a decision. Like a lot of other people, myself included, you used him as a facilitator…..I didn’t particularly want him either but choose him over other less appealing options because he appears to have security in a position that traditionally scores better than WFB/CTR. That was my decision….not anyone else’s.
Edit - I didn’t imply you were apologising, I implied you were being disingenuous (or self delusional, take your pick)

No, Ilias isnt in my team, I went Walters instead. He was in many of my later drafts, but preferred the upside potential of Walters.
Typically willing to take a risk for the chance of a huge upside.

Yes was only meant as a close, similar reference, but I literally heard it like that as I read it...

People melting down because of Ilias: remember Averillo last year? Was mud in the first couple of rounds, a lot of people traded him out and then he ended up basically being a solid keeper all year, even getting some huge scores. Its not that he was an actual gun on the field, and he literally played for the worst team, but the points will always be there eventually in the halves.

I think we may be underestimating the impact of the late changes in the spine for Souths.
They looked really disjointed. Apparently AJ didn't train at all at fullback in the pre-season.
Mitchell coming back will be a great help.
Cook looked to be running the ball more, instead of giving Walker time and space to create, he would run to the line, give Cody a bad ball that was either a hospital pass or Cody would drop it. It was like they hadn't played together before.
Walker was running the attack on both sides of the field and taking most of the kicking, so he had the role that I expected. He was just rarely getting quality ball, and when he did he screwed it up, including an intercept try, for his worst score in the past 2 years.
Walker looks to have lost pace (was evident in the trials too), and looks to be carrying some extra weight (must have gone on Latrell's diet).
If Cleary returned early he would be a realistic trade out, with another mid-ranger.

I think I am copping it because of GROUPTHINK SYMPTOM # 4 mate
Although I am sure that pointing it out won't make it stop - we can only live in hope

Stereotyping:
As the group becomes more uniform in their views, they begin to see outsiders as possessing a different and inferior set of morals and characteristics from themselves. These perceived negative characteristics are then used to discredit the opposition.

Averillo was available in CTR though, Ilias is just Halves

I think you're reading too much into it. I think we're just sick to death of people coming on the forum with an "I told you so" attitude, despite owning the very same player they are "I told you soing" us about. Get a grip mate, whether you thought Ilias was a bad idea before last night or not, you still bought him. Same outcome.
Shut up.
Exact same attitude as my mates who "almost bought Ethereum at $100 a coin" but didn't.

Can you save us all the nuisance and just rage quit already? We all know you’re going to get the sulks and run off to your room sometime this season. Why draw out the inevitable?
