Yep, if you just look at Burton's role, you can't complain about him getting 500 km and goal kicking.

He may end up being my Cleary enabler, but otherwise short of disaster won't be trading him.

Would go Max King ahead of any of them if you don't have him.

Vailea doesn't suck as much as we think he does. Got his injured knee 20 minutes into the game. Will have significantly impacted his performance.

Its definitely a competitive backline. I had Schiller from the get go but it would be risky to bring him in now, but I like his style and can see him holding a spot.

Really really tempted just to take the punt.

Schiller might not even survive the 24 hr cull, let alone have longer term security.

I don't think he will play 80 on the edge. I think it's Luki's edge, just that he isn't the 80 minute motor like Nanai, more the 60 minute Kikau-esque impact player. Luki will either get his 60 straight up, or coming on from the bench for more impact against tired defenders. I still think Gilbert is a good bet (I put him in the second his name hit the updated team list), but I would be expecting either 20 minutes on the edge and another 30 in the middle or just a straight 45-50 mins from the bench.

Have enough results in the Cleary poll to indicate some trends.

About 80% of Haas owners are happy to wait on Cleary, not get him immediately.
Approx 50/50 for non-Haas owners on whether they will get Cleary asap.
Lots more Haas owners than non-Haas owners in the poll, so roughly 1/3rd planning to get Cleary in straight away overall.

You should listen to the interview with Payten. https://www.cowboys.com.au/news/2022/03/15/payten-hes-forced-his-way-into-the-starting-side/

Looks set to play a big role as a starter. Coach really rates him.

Great having Gilbert knowing that his high work rate in big minutes is what is keeping him there, should see it every week.

Hame Sele should be back soon in a couple of weeks anyway he makes our best 17.

Coming to the realisation I'm not trading Bird to Nanai or Billy to Will Smith. Just have the post Rd 1 transfer DTs
