I think youre on the money Re Forwards being overpriced (generally speaking). Given changes in Subs, I think some forwards will bottom out, others will skyrocket.

Personally would be looking at Browmwich and Merrin over your suggested options.

Not convinced on Whitehead, priced high enough and part of a fairly solid pack, may not see excess minutes.

    Kyle Turner:
Last 4 games of the season tackle counts.
    46, 30, 32, 37.

But he only ran for over 60m once, but still gives him handy base points.

    Time to pick him up?

The interchange changes are the reason why I've spent the extra on Bromwich. I wouldn't be surprised to see him play 70mins regularly. He is the premier prop at that club by some distance and Melbourne have one of the weakest benches in the league.

I've currently got Claw in my CTR's and J Roberts at WFB but also highly considering Mansour. All of them have a lot of upside but also potential downside.
Should I just run with what I've got now and say if Lawrence only plays 60 minutes and/or Mansour gets back to some of that 2014 form I can just shift Roberts to CTR and bring Mansour in? Or is Roberts likely to lose value and I should just take the punt on Mansour now?

That's what I'm thinking. Madge loves Turner and why wouldn't he, he's a good kid and works hard. Puts the effort in every week.

My only problem is that if I want to fit him in I have to lose one of Rochow or Evans. Not sure what to do there

Its a tough one Johnny, I just dropped Roberts after he was "undroppable" for me as there is so much value at centre and WFB and ive upgraded elsewhere and i just hope he starts off slow at a new club and it doesnt bite me. Didnt want to waste a trade as i see him as a season long keeper but its all about cash generation in the early rounds. In saying that there are traps everywhere this year in both cows and midrangers. Im sure im going to get stung by a few.

Any thoughts on Issac Liu? Surely gets more minutes with the back row injuries at Roosters, and also named at lock....but then you have SST on the bench, and I'd expect Guerra to play 80....and possibly Aubs too

@JBG - that rumour about Green playing wing. Is that the same forum that said B. Lawrence would start.

Yeah I have the same feeling that there's a lot of traps to be found in the cows and midrangers this year. The only positive is everyone is bound to get at least one or two because there's just too many unknown variables around job security, minutes and involvement around players this year.
I'm inclined to stick with Roberts for now because of the value he has as a DPP but we'll see I guess.

    I think so.

Let's not also forget that last season he was undoubtedly battling a few mental demons and even making one tackle would have been a gutsy effort.

He'll surely be better again from last season and will probably be in my team (noting that I will inevitably panic at the last minute and trade him out for some useless prick).

I think Evans will increase in value more than Rochow, especially while filling in for JWH, although I did read that he may be coming back sooner than first thought.
