FTFY btw
Nope. Could've started the year with Haas/iPap, choose Fifita out of the three. He's literally been the worst scorer out of all of them, and I've put the C on him 3 weeks. Now I get Cleary, and he scores the same as Fifita. Sucks paying top dollar for both of them, while others will get them hundred K or so cheaper and not have to get their "low" scores.
Other folks captaining Haas/Other gun, cheaper than Fifita and scoring more. It's BS.

Far more luck than judgement involved
I like the idea of it being more open

It is and nearly all of the better rankings is mostly down to good captaincy choice. So you don’t need to worry about it and just get on with the season, it’s a marathon not a sprint

Sometimes it is good to step back and remember that Fantasy is just a bunch of numbers that no one else gives a shit about except for yourself. It is how I am approaching it at the moment with the start I have had

Hey if I said to someone I’d start the season captaining Mahoney for three weeks and then Cleary the first week I owned him then the vast majority would say ‘good’ choices. Unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. Average of 44Welshy wrote:

So I don’t think good choices is the word

Hudson Young really needs to earn his keep tonight. A two try 85 will be sufficient

The Cleary conundrum will be interesting next week or so, even more so that he started slow.
You wait for more $$$ decrease? Do you get him in for R5 hatty and 117 points or does he falter this year and average 62

Oh yeah just saying ‘good choices’ is more of a hindsight thing.Welshy wrote:

I’d have been better off captaining Mann for a month

Question re knights - Jones off. Jones on. Jones off again. For momo every time. Was this 3 interchanges used on edge? Was there any injuries or were both just struggling? Did they move to middle ? Cant remembrr if i saw someone say Mann played some edge

Sorry I meant getting lucky and picking the highest scorer out of 10 semi genuine options.

If haas goes big again today it really gives the 'stick with the safe option all season' guys a massive leg up.
I started with Haas for the safe C option, pretty annoyed i didnt have the C on him for rnd 1 tho haha.. but in pre season youd think Mahoney was a safe option too

Fuck Clifford is annoying. Like I said pre season, still think he’s fucking dog shit! But he punts the spots off the ball.
Great base but struggling for attacking output.

CTR shopping should be fun next week. Guess I have to bite the bullet on May after listening to the naysayers too much on that one.
Maybe Koula if he somehow wins a spot

Should of stuck with Cookie, he’s getting those around the ruck TBs again but I’ve been chasing the huge leg up captain Fifita score last 3 weeks because he’s been due haha. Moron
