    1 win in 4 since Flanagan came back into and that's what the journo's call unleashing now a days.

    Honestly, that headline blows my mind.

    In the Four games since Flanagan helped unleash the furious Bulldogs attack;
    Flanagan, Burton & Dufty have accumulated:
    1 Try
    5 Try assists
    (and the most points they've scored in a game in that period is 16)

    To put it into context;
    In the Four games since Drinkwater help unleash the seemingly less noteworthy Cowboys attack;
    Townsend, Dearden & Drinkwater have accumulated;
    6 Tries
    8 Try assists
    (the least points they've scored in that period was 18, the most 35)

    Don't even look at what Melbourne have unleashed over the last 4 weeks...

    - Plays RD 13
    - Mins look to be rising as he gets back to fitness
    - Capable of scoring 45-60 points in 60-80mins
    - Priced at low 40s so looks like could be 10 points under valued at the moment
    - Tackle count seems like a good base
    - Only 1.1% ownership, so very POD'y

    Anyone considering taking the plunge?

    I think the Roosters best line up has the bench utility taking 10-15 minutes off him most weeks

    Might not last long in your team if that is the case but could hold the spot until round 14

    Yep good point, but thinking even if he gets 65-70mins there's enough value for some good scores and like you say at least tide you over to past the first bye when you then just upgrade him to a keeper once he's peaked

    Would like to see Verrills and Watson play together a few times before making a call, but by that point it might be too late

    Whitehead doesn't affect Elliot who played middle. Whitehead affects Young or CHN. Sutton who is leaving could as easily be dropped to bench over Elliot. TLT will be interesting

    I did that last year after a small purple patch. It wasn’t fun, he scored 2

    Milchcow with the goods as usual like a morning coffee

    A couple more under the radar players that have burnt people in the past but in good form
    Koloamatagi, Topouniua and Haumole (DFifita lite) scoring tries for fun

    Hopefully Sean Russel comes back soon, might be worth a gamble as a cash out

    The injury games are what presents the value with Dylan Walker, but they do seem to happen with him on a fairly regular basis for some reason.
    I tend to be wary of disregarding "events" especially when they appear to happen regularly (e.g. tries, minor injuries, in-game role changes etc)

    I hear what your saying...
    I'll add him to my rd 13 fodder though, I know the risks, but I need some extra numbers to make up some ground. Elliott & DWalker are perfect candidates, and they are cheap at the moment.

    Whitehead only moved to edge when Young got injured / "injured"

    Depends what Ricky wants to do (who knows) but either way, Whitehead coming back does have some impact.

    Whitehead has played middle. Young can play middle. Elliot can play edge. Sutton has started at 13 recently. I don't think TLT is going to solve much. It's a risk.

    TLT will be particularly unenlightening for Elliott predictions because he'll probably start at hooker again but be named on the bench.
