The other thing that annoys me only as an old person is teams basically stop playing about 20-40 secs before the end now. It’s like the worst part of American sports and it’s come into RL. Doesn’t actually affect the game but makes me irrationally angry. Would love to have someone absolutely cream the guy surrendering in a tackle and looking to shake hands before the buzzer.

Hodges definitely the man to do it if he was still around

This shot on BMoz was vintage Hodges

Teddy will almost certainly get a rest over Origin (therefore missing 3 of the 6 games over the period) and more likely two rests as he did in 2019 and 2021 (so missing 4 out of 6 games), so it's not that bad if you don't have him now.

Robson almost certainly plays 5 out of the 6 games over the Origin period (all but round 17) and probably gets 80 mins a game for each of them, so I would be happy to have Robson over Teddy.

I personally went Cotter over Robson because I needed MID cover, but you can easily carry Robson in your 14-17 all the way to the end if he keeps playing 80
I can’t see Teddy getting 2 rests over origin not with the position the Roosters are in I think he will get one rest.

They were doing just as bad if not worse last year, everyone was injured, and he still got 2 rests.

Seems too much to ask for a Dragons win today, so just hoping they can keep Coates quiet after I went Koula. Watching the game it felt like Burbo stole a bunch of Koula points haha

I’m 13/584 C. Hastings, Teddy and Angus have gone over 50. Lolo, Arrow, Tago, Starling, Schneider, Tass have all stunk it up.

Carrying Edrick and Billy Smith in my emg’s is an issue.

Yeah I was gonna edit but saw WT got in first and had specified it was Jordan. So didn’t bother. If I was more switched on would’ve played up a classic trolling opportunity more

Koula doesn’t score enough points to steal.

Who knew that playing Critter and Ilias over Tago and Tuilagi would have netted me close to 50 more points. This round has been all about playing the right shittos.

Something wrong with the audio feed on the NZ broadcast at the moment. I'm only getting Blocker's commentary - eek!

I don’t have an issue with players staying down if they’ve actually been hit in the head. Refs and judiciary created this environment by often only punishing, or punishing people more, when the foul play leads to an injury. You play on and you don’t get the reward.

Same as soccer, don’t like diving and think they should and could eradicate it easily. but if someone gets clipped they have to fall over or they won’t be given a free kick/penalty.
