Lone Scout was the reason I found this site since he tweeted about this place saying you guys knew your shit, so he can't be all bad.

I agree on all points...the podcast was fairly rational & open discussion without having to resort to braindead blokey banter or speaking in absolutes.

Bit of a luxury trade here lads, but have 686k to bring in any player for Coates for my h2h team.

Options on the shortlist include: Luciano (lowkey thinking him), Carrigan, Jackson, Mahoney, Cotter, Robson and Angus.

    Any thoughts greatly appreciated!

Haha the main issue is that when it floods, the field at suncorp goes underwater. Happened in feb and it took them working round the clock to get it up to standard for round 1.

It ahouldnt be that bad unless the weather turns far worse than currently forecast. Its just gonna be a shitry rainy weekend at this stage

Or it fuck off real quick and by saturday it will be alright

I may be biased because I own him already (don't own any of the rest) but Cotter is the man.

that HOK/MID dual is super useful, he may play Origin but it's no certainly, and his workrate is absolutely ridiculous.

If you absolutely must have a round 13 player then Jackson is the guy, but he's so boring to watch and EDG dual isn't as useful

Frawley outplayed him by a mile last week. It's not even a guarantee he's in the team in Round 11, never mind 13.

Don't waste your time with it, most of the serious NRLF players have left the server and established their own one, there's a handful of serious players still on there (Rabs being one of them) but now it's mostly just 12 year olds trying to troll each other

This place is changing. We might need to employ a talent Scout and send him on a recruitment drive.

    Harsh.

Not sure if it's been mentioned but re: McInnes off the bench.

I reckon he will start at 13 again, and the only reason Finucane is named is because he has OCD levels of prep for games, and probably has a superstition about being named out of the 13 jersey.

Pretty keen on Connor Tracey, think he might retain a starting spot.

Just on the weather, Football QLD (soccer for the heathens) has postponed all fixtures in Brisbane for the weekend.

Gets me out of standing around in the rain being entertained by a bunch of U9s I allegedly coach

I get what you’re saying but I wouldn’t call Jax or Swift who run the other server gun fantasy players they are very incosistent both outside the top 10k and come up with strange trade ideas which rarely pay off and they run out of trades with like 8 rounds left. In fact I’ll be honest I rate you a better fantasy player than those 2.

Some of these 16-17 yr olds are doing well too and in the top 1500-3000 rank wise.

"Late Mail: Nick Meaney has been named to Ryan Papenhuyzen (knee) at fullback, but the Storm are reportedly considering playing Tyran Wishart there following a successful cameo in the No. 1 jersery against the Dragons last week. That would push Meaney play to the wing and Dean Ieremia would drop out. "
