I’m still amazed that’s sports players get paid as much as they do.

Like they play a game for peoples enjoyment, its hardly life changing or anything

Just jumped on to catch up and have to double check everything with all the fake rumours and shit on here now
It's just not the same here anymore, can't put my finger on it

Anyways for shits and giggles think I will run with this, have done a few numbers and can acheive this in about 4 or 5 trades after this week ready for rd14 (A few I am timing after for directly after the bye)

Then enough cash to turn may into Papy.
Depending on trades could pivot off TPJ/Robson/Elliott/Sexton but would depend on things

I dunno, maybe in the NFL or Football that is true but not sure about NRL. NRL players are in the top 1% of what they do in the world, they make a shit ton of money for clubs/TV and others, they have to do their job in front of millions of people and get scrutinised for every little mistake by a national audience and it is incredibly physically demanding. I don't think it is unreasonable what they make.

Advertising, memberships, sponsorships and TV network contracts. There is huge money to go around in sport.

Your best athletes are your box office movie stars. They get people through the gates. Maybe not as relevant to Rugby League but people pay to see the superstars and they're rewarded in return.

Also with his growing list of misdemeanours, whilst a good player, starting to sound like a bit of a fuckwit as well.

Broncos could go down the path of a no dickhead policy with future recruitment.

I will jump off a bridge if the Roostwrs sign him. Tedesco, Keary, BSmith, Manu, upgrade for Walker next year, Crichton. That's 80% of your cap right there.
    There's a salary cap?

For those um-ing and ah-ing about getting rid of Randall or not, ditching him 3-4 weeks ago was a load off my mind. It's been so relaxing just having Starling and Cotter as backup.

Say thank you Chris Randall for being such a great cash cow, and send him off with a packed lunch.

God it's Thursday and I haven't come any closer to figuring out my trades since Tuesday... is this how Rabbits feels on a weekly basis?

Part of me wants Kiraz, the other part says trap. A third part is saying think of the round 13 points. Is it worth dumping Taumalolo or Willy Penis for the extra Harris points? Probably right?

Back line and halves absolutely matter.

As good as Lolo is, Cowboys only now rebuilding after JT retired and giving monster contract to forward with poor halves. Titans may never recover with Fifita.

Have to have multiple outstanding young talent making the step up to afford those contracts and maintain success.
