Yup. 14 tries last year, just 1 so far this year. The way Penrith are scoring, I reckon he's due to go on a run soon.

    Ilias - Savage
    Lee - Tohu

Gives me 14 for the round, would of been 16 if Cotter and Critta missed selection.
If Fermor is injured then I’m going to get in Angus

With Cotter and Nanai in Origin, and Lolo with a knee injury, it's a flip of the coin who will get the bulk points in the Cowboys pack out of Gilbert and Luki. Also have Granny sniffing around too. Can see Payten limiting Cotter's minutes during this period, too bounce

If I even suspected Nanai was close to an origin berth 3 weeks ago I certainly wouldn’t have sold Gilbert :/

Thinking of jumping off Starling this week....really don't like the 25 minute run out. Someone mentioned that he was ill during the week but can't find any confirmation.

It's an easy trade to Angus or Burton for me, round 13 be fucked if it's an ongoing trend.

Yeah could've been worth another chance after the 54 mins in Rd 10, but that spooked me. Didn't expect him to only get 40 mins the following week, but then I was reminded of how they signed JBrailey and then grabbed Macca when Brailey went down, to avoid playing Randall. Just don't see too many 80 min games in his future now.

I cared way too much about the bye rounds last year, and marginal guys burned me bad. This year I'm only getting in guys who are likely to be season keepers or great cash cows. Going to go against conventional wisdom (probably blow up in my face) and be conservative for this bye. Potentially go harder at round 17.

Keep in mind I have a lot of the usual suspects already, Angus, Tohu, Butcher, Burton, so not really missing out on that much.

    Ilias to Aitken
    Schneider to Crichton
    Hastings to Harris

    How do these trades sound?

I got pretty lucky with Angus being out of origin and Saab being back and Tupou to Origin means Billy Smith might be back.

My team at the moment after Critta to Tohu trade has 15 players R13 and I plan to trade Ilias to someone making 16. I can't afford Ilias to Tohu or I would do that.

Hastings is my only question mark. I could sell him and play 17 in R13 but I think then it might be too hard to field a decent team for round 17.

That said, I may do 3 trades to bring in Aitken as a keeper Centre, Tohu as a keeper and some spud to afford it.

    Robson
    Angus Ming Butcher
    Elliot Jackson
    Burton X(currently Hastings)
    BillySmith? Timoko
    Saab May Kiraz

Tohu Starling Koula X Ilias to be traded out

He’s also swapped to the other wing and feels like less action that way

Gunning up sounds great. But might have to forgo one of them for Sexton. Need a half if I’m getting rid of Hastings

Don't know what to do with Hastings. Will lose a lot of 132k I've made with another poor score. Inclined to take money and run. Do I cash out with Savage who looks like a spud then I have Kiraz Savage and Wishart in EMG. Not keen on that. Will take deep dive on R17 projection and final 17 strategies next few days
