Taranaki 13+ into Cowboys line was a nice score. Had a feeling about the Cows but went the safe option.

Yeah dude, that's some pretty unlucky picking mate.

Tennessee all over Seattle - connecting the dots on the 49ers game seems to have paid dividends.

My horror start to the weekend seems to be coming right with both NO and (fingers crossed I don't jinx it again) Tennessee Wink

Nice mate, glad you got on Taranaki too.

I'm a bit gutted cause I had that one pegged earlier in the weekend as probably one of my more solid bets but due to losses early in the weekend I didn't get on for as much as I would have otherwise liked.

All and all Im actually pretty happy with this weekend considering I started with 4 losses in a row - managed to comeback with 4 wins in a row and almost back to even!

Gonna have a small play on Oakland H2H to finish the weekend.

Absolutely cleaned up the past 3 years in the AFL and NRL Grand Finals. Have found it best to make an in game bet in the first quarter of the AFL GF for the Norm Smith Medal winner. Classic example was Rioli in 2015. Could tell early on he was in for a massive game. Jumped on when odds were $10 or something and watched them drop rapidly.

Will post up bets sometime this week (except certain live bets like NSM)

Surely Dusty wins the Brownlow. Loaded up a while back so will be spewing if he loses. Had a massive week with the Storm winnings so will be the icing on the cake to get the win tonight.

He's going to be hard to beat. The SMH live results have his twin polling well also

Yeah a few others there who could steal it from Dusty like Sloane and Selwood. Paddy is usually there abouts also. Will be interesting to see how votes unfold.

First goal scorer multis in the EPL will be my go to bets without the footy.

Aguero - Lukaku - Kane, Morata are all solid options for multis.

Salah also not bad, along with Mane although Liverpools D is too concerning.

    Back to Mitre Ten Cup.

I've taken a look at all the games this week and few standout as bets.

Southland Manawatu & Auckland BOP scream stay away - none of these teams are going well right now.

Taranaki Tasman is probably priced about right (both good teams), although pending the teams I'd consider rolling with Taranaki who from memory have banked us $ every time I've tipped them. Wait until the teams though.

North Harbour will beat HB but I think for now (without knowing the teams) the line is right. Look to take NH if they name a full strength side though!

So that leaves the two bets I like this week.

On a lesser note I think taking Canterbury -17.5 is solid despite teams not named yet. It's a shield challenge (home game for Canterbury) and I suspect they will field a good team and go pretty hard for this one.

The main one I like though is Northland H2H tonight. They are pretty much full strength and at home which if you watched them 2 weeks back is clearly a massive advantage for them. Otago look to be either resting players, and/or have guys out. I think Northland continue to roll and I see value in Northland $1.75 offered H2H (excluding the draw).
