origin 3 was a pretty hard game to rate for mine

no massive standouts, lots of good, not great performers from both sides

3 - teddy
2 - woods
1 - Boyd

boyd was fairly quiet but scored a try and put on another, if not him, it would probs be one of a number of forwards from either side who had solid games

3 - Tedesco
2 - Woods
1 - Boyd

Think leagugod nailed it.

I thought Teddy was solid, but to be honest I thought he was nothing special and I don't think he really looked that dangerous. You can tell the difference in quality to club games with someone like Tedesco. In club games he bounces off tackles and sets something up. In origin he either didn't bounce of tackles, or if he did was slowed down enough for him to be wrapped up straight after. Having said that, it was certainly a good debut. I thought he was the second best fullback on the field.

Tough game to judge for sure. I'd probably go:
3. Woods (if for nothing else but that airswing after the jennings try)
2. Smith
1. Frizell

A heap of players were unlucky. If QLD won I probably would have had 2 of them in the top 3 with McGuire getting a point. Fafita was actually pretty good apart from the brain explosion.

3. Winterstein (if ever a winger was gonna get 3 that was it. His first two tries he did a heap of work to get the ball down, he should have been stopped both times. Lots of tackles breaks and some quality runs

Moylan just oozes class, I really like him. Just so calm. Should be NSW Skiiper for the next decade. Certainly a far better option than Cordner and Woods.

Yep, 6 for Moylan.

On Merrin, games like that make you wonder why he missed out on the blues. Maybe he was a victim of the Panthers inconsistency, but his form has been very good all year. I defy anyone to tell me Josh Jackson has ever had a game as good as Merrins game last night or ever will.

I'd say he's a victim of the "we have to pick players for the future except Gallen and Farah"

At 26, Merrin is clearly well past it.

hey guys, i still plan on updating on all this one day. kjust popping in to say that due to an incredibly busy life (tax time + baby + part time uni ) i probably won't do it for a while


so if everyone can score games they see, i will get to it, any games with out any votes, i will just do roughly based on what i remember of the game and/or stats
