Am I the only one who has a heart attack every week when I don't see Matt Burton's name at centre in the Bulldogs team list, only to then remember that he actually plays five-eighth?

Wishart and Mbye out means I don't even get a single digit score if someone is out. My 17 is still full strength for the time being. Crossing fingers and toes and hoping to hold on in the Cowboys league.

Given out of trades what are the thoughts for mixer?

Looks like everyone is kneejerking to who scored tries last week

Probably going: Cook, Hall, Fifita, Hynes C, Kelly, Tonegato (undecided on NRLW C)

Yeah looks like people are just going for the highest scorers + Millie Boyle.

I'm thinking taking a punt on Upton at WFB. She was involved in the creativity on attack a lot on the weekend and should hopefully see more points against the Titans.

Amber Hall was giving me huge Fifita vibes with not scoring that well and then a run or two giving her a lot of points. Think the Rooster might wrap her up a bit better to limit her offloads.

Cook, Boyle, Fifita, Hynes(c), Kelly(c), Utpon - current line up for me. Still kicking myself for taking the (c) off Kelly first round. Would be ranked 40th and 1st in FOG. Sad

Glad you are OK AR - stuff like that sometimes doesn't fully hit you for a few days so take it easy on yourself.

As the FOG Mixer league leader Cool I'm likely going pretty similar. Plan was always to zig back from Grant to Cook this week. Will likely hold the next 4. And have a serious look at WFB options amongst the NRLW players.

For the mixer, just have to pick whoever is going to be this week's Crichton/Butcher and get him/her in your team

Going to be a lot of similar teams, so choice of captain going to determine rankings to a large degree.

I thought Bird back to CTR was bad enough. But Mbye and Aitken out means I need to spend my last trade on a CTR NRL Fantasy 2022 Part 71 - Looking for signs of life - Page 40 1f62c

Well I started with Aitken and he's held strong right through to being my last trade. Thanks for your service mate.

Think I'll roll the dice on Lomax against Wests.

With Aitken and Mbye out, this is the first season ever of playing Fantasy (10+ years) that I have run out of trades and have been unable to field a 17 in a season. I was tracking so well trades wise mid season as well. I wonder how far I will drop by the end of the season.
