Yep, and no one notices when they have outages.

I might downgrade Aubussen with the Tupou injury. I know they're saying Burgess will come in but they could just as easily shift SKD yo the wing & play Aubussen at centre. Anyone else agree.

Not sure, but if it is, this could be an ongoing problem for him, hope not because I have him in my team.

Yeah my thoughts exactly, he was supposedly over it but if it is a flair up of same injury he is going to be impacted like this in the future. I will be sticking with him for now as I reckon he is a consistent 55 points a week, I just hope that was the last issue lol

It's a massive worry and shaping up like a typical Maubbs year. Sounds like Tupou will only be out for one so I'm probably going to risk it.

I wanted to start off with no trades after round 1 for the first time ever but, even if he's out for only a few weeks I cant afford to keep him. I'll have to downgrade someone to get the cash for Seggy or Peats Bang

Captained DCE so it looks like both my options are ~50 this week (Parker vc)

Didn't see the game so will wait for an injury update on Liicha. If it's sounding like 3+ I'll sort out some money so I can get Cam Smith. Hoping it's not too bad, don't really wanna trade premiums round 1.

No way they're not going to change the whole dynamic of the back-row rotation and debut Frei at the same time for the sake of putting Aubusson in the centres. Like I've said before with Elliot and Joe Burgess as back-ups there's no need to shift him there anymore.

What is a good score for the first round do people think.

I am almost 400 with about half of my players used. If that converts to 800 that has gotta be up there right?

Extremely hard to tell after 2 games.

Traditionally early Round scores are a bit lower. I would say you still want 850+ to be up there but all depends on the rest of the round obviously.

Also your 400 with half played could range from very good to very average, depending on who you have had play and if your Captain has played. Are they mostly backs, mostly forwards, or an even mix? At the end of the day though it's all speculation till we get deep into the round.

    215/4+C

Would have loved a better score from DCE, but 50 in a beating is decent. Luckily he made 34 tackles.

    Don't think I'll hit 800, probs 760-780.

Any big concerns apparent after those first two games in regards to players that are not gonna be as good as hoped, or much to early to make assumptions. Obviously Lichaa is on the watchlist poor lad

Lichaa was scoring (and playing) pretty well - 40 in 60 minutes and we know he's guaranteed 80 minutes if fit. And this was in a game where the Bulldogs had 2/3 possession so his defensive stats were probably a bit down on normal, and he missed out on 19+ points for a fractional knock-on in his disallowed try.

In short, he'd need to be out for at least 3 weeks to be considered a worry.

Well those scores werent worth waiting all day to get home to watch the game for haha one thing I have learnt over the years is to never get too worried with the first few round scores! teams starting flat, teams flying out the gate! It all settles down In terms of fantasy scoring in a few rounds
