If they dont count it as a tackle break then surely they cannot count it as a missed tackle. Then again thats just common sense..Honeysett wrote:They've got Fifita down for 2 TB, I reckon he's had about 6.
At the end of the game there should be as many TBs as there is missed tackles right?

Just wanted to give this site a much deserved plug, it's run by FanLeague here and it's an absolute gem.
FanLeague
If you haven't had a look give it a go. Great to see the updates of players over night and who's done what

Could it be a missed tackle though if the winger outpaces his opposite on the outside and the defender makes a lunge and misses

I think that it's a missed tackle if you drop off a player, but that can happen while there's still 2-3 other defenders holding on. TBs seem to require a player to be completely free of a tackler, even if another defender comes and stops them immediately.

Ligament damage for Gallen, that sounds ominous. Carnage already and it's only round 1!

they just said ligament damage wont be back tonight. Not sure how serious but it's Gallen minus his special stuff so probably 12 weeks regardless of the injury.big jono wrote:What did they say re Gallen? I'm watching at casino with no sound

How did they call that natural momentum? His arm carrying the ball hits the ground while he is facing his own goal line then he spins himself over and while someones on his arm pulling up he forces it down.
