    Nice work lads

I got 906, which meant going up from 228 to 188 overall. I don't know what a good rank is on VSDT compared to fantasy or SC but it seems pretty good.

Trades so far for me are Doueihi and Loiero to Schuster and Adam Reynolds

    How about this plan ?

Cleary is about to drop around 100k this week.

Sell Cleary 884k to Reynolds 683k with 200k itb (and not losing 100k depreciation).
Next week sell Doueihi 600k to Cleary about 780k.

Basically, Doueihi to Reynolds for free (with change), using 1 extra trade !!

(insert the name of whichever half you want to upgrade)

How much will Doueihi drop this week?

And if Cleary gets 100+, how much will your plans be wasted

Too early to pull a loophole? Cleary with 84 VC 🤔 I think I'll stick however, instead of risking a shit AE from AKP et al

I scored 940 in round 4, so after only 4 rounds of playing VSDT, I find myself in the top 100 (rank 84).

What makes it even more impressive is that both my trades were duds this week, I sold Doueihi and AKP to Reynolds and Sloan Very Happy

This week I'm looking at Cheese and Reynolds to Schuster and Hynes, figure I may as well just lock in Hynes now and move Tanah Boyd back to hooker, since he's playing pretty well. Reynolds was always intended to be a stepping stone to Hynes anyway.

Leaves me with 35 trades, $48k bank and the following side

    Grant, Boyd
    Haas, Uto, Keppie, Pele
Murray, Fifita, Hopgood, E Katoa, Loiero, Preston
    Hynes, Cleary, Schuster, I Katoa
    Kiraz, Holmes, Alamoti, Turuva
    Mitchell, Turbo, Hammer, Warbrick, Sloan

    Hey Clack Bocks
I didn't check this thread all weekend and have only now just seen your post. Yea mate I'm going well and I was trading only before each game.
I have to apologise to you mate as I saw before the last game that I was playing you in No Worries league and was 107 behind. I always planned to bring in Hynes, but never in a million years did I think that Hynes would beat that. That was brutal Sorry mate.
After finishing round 1 in about 770th or something, have now moved up to 10th.
The best of luck to all the Fanatics in this comp.

All's fair etc. To be honest I'm more concerned about FF1 league making it to the op rather than my h2h wins so am glad you took the punt. He was on fire and l'm bringing him in this week, despite the bye next week.

I'd like to get Hynes in and I’d like to do it this week.
To do that I will sacrifice Grant or Cook.
Grant - 46% ownership, 90 BE, bad score last week. Worth $894
Cook – 8% ownership, 81 BE, lost $73K this year so far. Worth $846K
Seems like I should trade out Cook.
Boyd will be moved into back-up HRK
    Any thoughts?

Don't like this one bit, to be honest. Just had a sneaky look at your team and without knowing what you have in the bank, you could do this just with the raw funds of these players. You could do even better if you have more funds available-

    Tohu/Trindall/Koula > Hynes/Chester/Schuster

I think BMM and Sloan (over Chester, for sure) are both possible too, with a lot of the DPP players you have? Hard to tell exactly, with bank and DPP shuffle, but I'd be looking at something like this if it was me, personally. Sure, the two cheapies options aren't perfect but they should earn money over an injured Koula and Trindall off the bench.

I just wouldn't be looking at Grant and Cook when Tohu was injured last week and I read an article last night suggesting he was out for a month or so. So I don't know if he plays this weekend or not, but if you were really looking to get rid of a higher value player for Hynes I'd be looking at an injured Harris over two fit, certified guns for sure.

    Just my thoughts.

I think Schuster in makes a lot of sense heere

For me either for Harris (for cash) or Trindall (for points)

Trindall just needs to take the field to make a bunch of cash, so tempted to let him ride one more week.

Sort of assuming Harris is injury affected by trading him, but I am a little concerned

    thanks Milchcow,

I have enough to go ARey to Hynes this week with 30k to spare but I wanted to wait until after Sharks bye !

With a b/e of 54, I can't take the chance that Reynolds bleeds cash over the next 2 weeks and gets out of range.

Welcome to the team Nico, meet your new partner Nathan !!
