Unless I have an Injury to deal with, he's my first trade in R3

How good are the Storm? Losing 3 long term stalwarts from that pack in the off season. Losing high quality CTR in the pre season, losing one of the top attacking threats from the spine in the game for early season?
Just an absolute machine of a club, incredible coaching! Just a joy to watch them every week/season

Is that Mattnz 1 - 0 common sense for this season? haha
Camo123 wrote:Fairly happy with the start, Warbrick good base with no attacking stats
Ended up with this team, stacking the MIDs and HLF
BSmith
Murray Haas Tapine
Katoa Loiero
Cleary Doueihi
Thompson Alamoti
Miller TMM Warbrick
Boyd Hopgood Butcher Ford
Doorey Sloan HSS Katoa

I don't think many would've thought Doorey would outscore Carty in a one-off game.
The real answer will be revealed in 6-8 weeks, but Carty owners should feel suitably chuffed

He looked good but, unsurprisingly, faded. WTF was with Arthur not using Makatoa on the bench? (Not for Hodgson, but in general you'd think it would have helped)

Well said
Love to see someone acknowledge the qualities of a team they don't support

Just requoting this for truth.
Big ups to people like mattnz and Bethany for having the guts to actually say stuff though.

But in the end luckily my head won over my heart.
But it is only 1 score, Doorey was much better to the eye than I expected, but I was surprised he only got 31 points, he looked better, so did Joshie H, who I decided I would sheep Smith at hooker.
I am still kicking myself I took the coward option and dropped Grant 5 minutes before kickoff, I had been wanting him all pre-season...gotta back your intuition sometimes!
Genderbender wrote:Not too bad of a start for the bender, 3/202.
Bit disappointed in not picking up Grant but seen they chucked a hooker on last hour and panicked.
Still, glad my quiet smoky the humble bin chicken came up trumps.
superbucks wrote:An encouraging thing about Cartwright was his ball running, had some strong carries in the second half. He's only eclipsed 140 MG on two occasions for the Eels and one of those was tonight.

You and me both on Grant...I feel that pain.
But without the last-minute try, he scored what was on the tin for his price.
Loomer wrote:I have Sloan who I don't absolutely need was just loop placeholder. What's the story with BMM? Is he likely to start 2nd row? Seems that Dragons fans in forum think so and in predicted line ups with Bird at lock.
Godtrell wrote:
I think its likely that BMM lines up in the second row and JDB at prop. The lineup would look something like.
8. JDB
9. Liddle
10. Lawrie
11. BMM
12. Su'a
13. Bird
14. Mbye
15. Molo
16. Kerr
17. Woods
18. Fuimaono
