Can't complain about Hodgson 45, Hopgod 86, Carty Party 56. NPR's Warbrick 29, Doorey 31.

Team mostly set, basically just which couple of cheapies out of the plethora I want.

Every year people forget that you're not aiming for a thousand a week and your centres and WFBs in particular are not going to score like the ones you ended last season with.

What are people hoping for other WFB3s like TMM or Perham?

True story, made the rookie error of leaving fantasy open on the PC with a experimental team (Tried again to see how many halves and locks I could fit hence Bird also in 17)
Went off to cook dinner and didn't come back to that room so even though I changed it on the app it didn't save
Luckily I never took Cleary off captain but Moses was VC and meant no Doorey either
Anyways luckily rolling lockouts so no real damage done but could have been much worse haha
Will have to work out the team now as unsure if I still want to run Cleary,Moses,Burton,Doueihi,Hastings haha

Might slot warbricks 29 into WFB3 and bring in my original ‘romance of rugby league’ pick have a crack next week.

Hodgson at 45 doesn't surprise me, when we did a challenge in survivor season 1, we had a challenge to pick a player scoring close to their average that week. In other words we took that to mean, players with low variance (I think, it was a while ago). Hodgson was on that list. I'll take it. Thrilled with Carty, hope it lasts for a bit. He was a last minute in for Katoa. Katoa will be fine, but I figured in the short term Carty could match it with Katoa and the cash saved gets me Ponga. I'm not convinced on Ponga either, but I think it's an upgrade on TMM. Doorey I'm more than satisfied with in my nprs

Edit: Also, well done Grant owners. We all know he does shit like that, we all could have picked him, but we didn't. Gah. Congrats!

Good move on Carty….couldn’t bring myself to jump in again even though I have been a bandit for it just about every other time. I’m tossing up the much riskier Trindall tryst.

Carty's a party. Good for now, but just one kick and chase for himself brain explosion at an inappropriate occasion away from disaster. He looked good though to me tonight.

I'm taking Trindall too. Fair chance my season is screwed from rd3 on though...
