Its very risky. You picked Burton because you thought he was a very good footballer, I presume. Ford is not a good footballer. Grant is good, Cheese is good. So first glance it looks backwards.
Basically you're going to swap a promising midranger (BSmith) for a dodgy cash cow.
At the same time you're going to trade guns, which is not a likely recommended move. Burton could totally kick on, as presumably you thought he would, whilst Grant could also do very well.

I don’t disagree, I told him to wait and see and he went with just one Burton to Ford to free up cash for next weeks upgrades.
