Watch Cody Walker score 80 today and become completely unaffordable just to rub it in

With 4 trades left i cant believe you were looking at that trade. I understand the Parcell to Friend trade but i wouldnt use any more on upgrades/downgrades. Youll need all 3 trades for injuries with so many rounds still to play

Was more looking towards strengthening up my back 3 and not relying on running both of Mitchell/Barba especially with the way they have been scoring.
It's all good, still need to find someone more reliable for the back but will play it by ear and trust my gut.

    Cheers

    Round 17 Results

Well seem to be consolidating my position and holding just outside the top 100.
Given I am missing a couple front line players in Parcell/Munster and a few players roles changing JTrbo/Harris I can't really complain too much

No major injuries to worry about so got through mildly unscathed, though need to see how Harris pulls up with good news in Mitchell being named to play this week.

Another tough game in League 5 against the Lone Rangers, a quality team and on any other week could have been dealt a loss there.

Anyways looking at have an average bye week with around 11-12 players so hopefully won't drop too much this week

    Bring on round 18 Smile

    Round 18 trades

    Jake Friend

Have been trying to get him into my team now for a while, plays this round and next(potential for Smith to be rested) points are extremely valuable and a chance at some Captain Loophole love.

Has an average over 60 and to think even a bad game he still scores above 50 then will be great for the run home with potential to go huge on his day as shown at start of the year.

With Cordner due back from injury soon, hoping he returns back to being an 80min player but even then he is still a great option.

With 3 trades left will wait to see what happens with Norman (and his drugs case) along to see how he scores alongside Robson.

A hold for 2 weeks regardless but if he is gone will run with Cleary/Johnson for rest of the year, DPP trade him to pretty much any CTR/WFB. (Barba will be last resort cover in halves for 1 week, though may look at Cody Walker as well again)

Will leave me with 2 trades to cover 5 rounds of injuries not including my current cover in all positions.

Anyways will see how we go this week

When he got that line break near the end of the game, and got put out over the sideline, I thought he was going to get thru and score.

You need to nominate the player (Must be common to both our sides), and I'll make my prediction.

    Round 18 Results

Well another week down and the last of the big byes are over.

Got some big scores in unexpected places with boosted me into the top 100 for the first time this year. Keeping Barba and Mitchell paid off for me and hopefully continue to pump out decent scores. Though will settle for scores of 40+ each knowing that the high ownership mitigates the risk of them going big.

My trade of Friend was alright and while I was gambling on him or Lichaa the latter scored mid 30's.
Good to know that at least at his worst he still scores just short of a decent 50 score so hoping he returns to earlier form

Not much more to say other than that really, below says it all really.
Look forward to the Team lists and an update on some of the minor injuries

Regretting that Lolohea trade now, on the bench and an awkward price so will be hanging around as an AE and bleeding cash... Shit

Thanks mate, with Norman being convicted of drugs just waiting on what the NRL throws at him.
Might mean another hole I will have to sort out along with Lolohea
    Will see what happens
