    Round 19 Trades

    Cody Walker
Having signed a new contract recently and has been in decent form (with a quiet game last week) looking to bolster my backs and bring him in. Being DPP is also great should something happen to Johnson/Cleary. Capable of breaking a tackle and plays this week which is also a huge bonus

    Jack Bird

In a similar mold to Aitken, generally has decent base stats and plays this week.
Hasn't scored a try in a while and when he does he scores really well, while his quiet games are still ok. Worth a punt

Getting rid of Lolohea looks to be a decent move but has cost me valuable trades but need to salvage something.
Seriously pissed off getting burnt like that bringing him in just too see him get benched.

Jtrbo I can live with and looks like he will be my 18th man from now on beating Whitehead to that position.

    Fantasy can be ruthless

Cheers mate, saw you at the top and wasn't sure I would catch you but just hoped the dice went well for me. Should still get something at least.
Hate it when that happens with the team in a H2H or freebie game, just play the odd game now after cashing out a couple weeks ago but put another 50 in when offered it in free bets.

Down to updates now but should make a little bit regardless

As for this Fantasy game happy Walker scored well, just need Bird to add the icing on the cake

    Round 19 Results

Well that's the end of the byes and seem to have come through it alright minus a few wasted trades on Lolohea/Hurrell but these things can't really be avoided.
Have climbed the ladder quite a bit but now the plan is to stay near the top.

While only having just the 1 trade left, crossing fingers and praying to the injury gods to have a few good weeks on that front (Though have some decent depth to hopefully get me through)

Bringing Walker back in looks to have been a good move and Bird while having a quiet night still scored ok.

Will get more of an understanding on how my final team looks after the team lists come out tonight, will be a few tough calls on how the team looks and some good players will miss out on final 17.

Thanks man, on the final straight now but it wouldn't be fantasy if there wasn't a lot of hidden pot holes .

It's good to see that you have some depth in your squad for the run home with only 1 trade left you are probably going to need it.

Some of the top 10 teams will take a few rounds to get back up to full strength after the bye rounds so you're in a good position to climb the ladder.

    Good Luck!

Thanks Chewie, it's a shame you don't play as you would make a great POD to help me catch first.
I reckon you would be good for a tackle break or 2

Hans is/was a lucky man to have you on his team

Going with the above team this week
Bit of a coin flip to go Bird over Leilua but just going with my gut he will have a better game.

Same with Barba as well, bit of a gamble there too but could opt for Leilua purely to give me a POD over the teams above me on the chance I can make inroads.
Will need to do some homework

Sunday Arvo the Sharks play the Knights, meant to be sunny as well so hopefully a high scoring game with lots of offloads, as opposed to a wet Saturday afternoon in Canberra.

    Thoughts?

Not tempted to start Gutherson since he's in the halves?
    (facing the same dillema myself...)

Gave it some consideration but would need to see him there for another week in the halves (given his previous score was inflated with a try etc)

Considering Leilua over Barba anyways purely for the more consistent base stats but becoming a bit of a coin flip there too.
Can't really complain given the options there when at some stages i have struggled to have a complete team or forced to play certain players.

Think Gutherson is a good option but depends on the rest of your players, if he kills it this week then it will give everyone some serious thinking to play him or not.

    Round 20 Results

Best game of the season for me this week and finally hit the 1000 mark Smile
Climbed up the rankings a few places and won both my league H2H and eliminator round, also up to 1st in the Fanatics overall league.

Not a lot more I can say but simply hope I can continue to pump out decent scores for these last few weeks and avoid any major injuries.
Will see what happens from here on out I guess.

Back in the old days I was like 7000 rankings ahead of you Shocked

I would say your season was becoming legendary, but that would be wrong, it allready is! Do you mind if I share your graphs with Legends? There is only 70 of us in there (including a few of the Fanatics lads) but it's an extremely similar group to Fanatics and they would really appreciate what you have done here. If that's okay, could you post the rest of this week's graphs?
