Even if scores go as per the previous weeks, what is the loss in picking Cook, Haas, Grant or another of the top tier guys? 20 points or so (assuming everyone has HG anyway)??

Anything "wrong" with an E-Butcher - E Katoa trade?

Butcher has the bye next week, is more expensive than Katoa and isn't going to be making significant cash for a while

Nothing I'm missing, right? (Perhaps Sims coming back?)

A little sideways but with the bye coming up probably tips it over the edge. Katoa should average more and pockets you some cash.

Same here, if I could get Cook (can't do it unless I sell Cleary) I would have the C on him. Having him for most of last year was such a game changer

If they both average 45 over the next three weeks, Katoa gains around $90K, with Butcher gains $30K

When you factor in the difference in price, it's basically a $150K trade (Two trades when trading Katoa out I guess)

I guess you're right. I actually have missed both Eels games so I haven't actually really seen him in action. Probably a reason why I'm apprehensive and leaning Haas.

that and Katoa you would back to average more. Katoa ideally is a keeper anyway so cash generation doesnt matter./

Am I insane for considering selling Boyd to Levi as my 2nd trade? Ricky seems to like leaving him on even after Starling comes on, and that trade would leave me 258k bank for next week which I can use to get a gun hooker in. The way I see it, they're both shit but one's going up and the other's going down.

Going Cleary to Moses just because I want to cheer someone on tonight, and death ride DCE is a demo at on just how much my head is in the game this year.

Solid chance Boyd outscores him this week and going forward. this is from a Boyd seller

When 2 of the top 10 captaincy options are guys who aren't playing, I wouldn't read too much into 'POD' choices.

On a technical note - "No captain set" would make the top 5 if it was listed amongst the options

Against a Storm team with the left edge returning I can't see Boyd getting much past 30 points, while Levi has been making that just in tackles. Boyd also has his bye in 2 weeks so I would probably be selling Boyd anyway by then

That said holding Boyd means I bank a trade.

Two rounds in and with five tries scored by the Storm none of them are from a winger.
Be interesting to see if that trend continues or if we get a 40+ from Coates or Warbrick this weekend.

Just confirming the bye team (Panthers) locks out on the last game?
Trying to work out my bench to cover for Carrigan

So I get a look at I Katoas score, have the option to swap Ford and Cheese for a second go
And if that all fails swap Cleary and HSS

I mean we are talking about probably swapping 10pts for 9pts here but stuggling to get 17 out there after 2 forced trades already

    EKatoa
    Loiero
    Cleary

Warbrick has had basically no ball in attack, Katoa and Reimis just don't pass it to him. If that ever changes, I can see a 60+ coming from him, he's looked so dangerous running the ball and unlike Coates he has great base.

Once Munster's back, I can see Coates getting a big score fairly soon, for much the same reason as Warbrick - they're both fast and absolutely massive (193cm 105kg and 194cm 108kg respectively)

thats the reason i benched Alamoti for Talau.

I like the Boyd trade out but go down to a cash cow or move up to a Mahoney Grant Robson Cook or wait on Brailey seems the better move.
