Leg injury late on. Don't think it was that serious as he played on, but who knows

Its why Talakai took the last conversion.

Looking at his score, he was just down on tackles and tackle breaks which suggests maybe he was shying away from the creative work and just doing the minimum? Unsure though as his RM's were normal.

Then again the first two weeks he was scoring rubbish until a play each game was worth almost 30.

    NVM I've just done a u-turn.

    Doohee -> Walker

Possibly - depends where he's named this week. Sheens presser was a bit ridiculous (so probably can't take much from it) but he said Doueihi might spend a bit more time at FB and Wakeham+Brooks worked well. Seemed to think Douehi was good there and is a good steady voice at the back for htem.

Didn't mention Laurie returning at all, who was supposed to only miss one week.

Doueihi got a bonus 2 as well

The Doui one came thru last night.

Looks like the 2nd week in a row where they make further adjustments to the Thurs night game on Monday morning. So it's getting 2 updates instead of 1

Would LOL if the only reason is the stats guys do their final review on the games from Monday morning, and get the first game done by about 930am

It was actually fairly early in the second half - was limping badly till it was strapped up. Didn't take the kick at goal, but then was forced to kick in play (the 40-20) and obviously it wasn't too painful so he went back to goalkicking.

I'd be surprised to see him named at half again, it didn't seem like his injury was a problem (or he would've been directly subbed for Wakeham rather than moved to FB). If he is named at half I'd be worried about Wakeham on the bench or Brooks taking on a more dominant role as Tigers are 0-3 now and Doueihi has not been good, they need to try something else.

I can actually trade him straight to Hynes which is going to be very tempting but not sure if I want to blow my whole bank

The problem is that, even if Doueihi is named in 6 this week (and I fully expect him to be) Wakeham is almost certainly going to be in the 17.

Every chance they sub off an outside back during the game to move Doueihi to centre or fullback and Wakeham into halves. The type of strategy employed by Tigers and other premiership heavweights such as the Dragons

I do think some of the Doueihi hate this week has been an overreaction. He had a poor game, but he's certainly capable of better. People that think Wakeham is a bette roption are certainly going to use that as an excise to try and get him moved though

Its the worry with selecting guys who aren't as good as their Fantasy scores suggest - always the risk that they get dropped/moved.
Unless they are Tom Starling, he always seems to get a good run at some point in the year due to injury.

Sometimes I like to make up my own timeline for games (only half saw the 2nd half as the other cows in the herd wanted to put survivor on)

Doueihi actually seemed like a decent fullback to me when he played there a couple years back

It kills his fantasy scoring though so if he's named back there or is any risk of moving there, you can't hold him

I haven't watched any Warriors games this season - is SJ the real deal? Tempting to bank an extra 100k bringing him in rather than Reynolds.

Oh yeah absolutely, I can't really see a situation where I don't trade him out this week unless there's some big surprises tomorrow

After seeing him play this round I'll be looking at bringing him in as a EButcher replacement. He looks like the SJ of old

It's hard to answer because one of the biggest questions on SJ has been his consistency. He took the line on a lot last week, the week before he was more interested in throwing aimless bombs up.

The team around him certainly looks better now, so less excuses. But it's always a gamble to see if next week he reverts back to shuffling the ball along metres away from the line because he's scared to get touched.

I think I'm going to do it though.

The way the Warriors attacking structure is working this year, it seems more likely than not SJ will improve his scores.

If he is going to average 55+, still value there.

Either would be a better choice than my decision to bring in DCE. Christ he was terrible.

just the kicking meters and tackles alone give him a sizeable base, deffo trading him in, I should have done it last week.

Cant afford Cleary or Hynes so it will probably be Reynolds or SJ. I can see where this is going.

EDIT sharks have the bye in round 6 anyway so probably worth waiting and seeing on Hynes too.

Depends which year you're asking from. The SJ vs ARey talk has me thinking it must be about 2016.

(Also making same decision with SJ vs ARey vs Moses. I think Moses will score more over season, ARey has better immediate run, and SJ is 100k cheaper. Leaning towards SJ)
