Sure it wont be the case early rounds but Robinson said this.

Turpin sucks and offers literally nothing other than tackles. His mins already being cut back. If they ever get near full strength he wont be in the side

Smith is probably never a Cook/mahoney type hooker that makes 50+ tackles a game though. He'll need attacking stats to get near 50s
Hes had 1 80 minute game in his life and 1 79 minute game since 2017 but still had all those amazing scores and average. He doesn’t need 80 and I don’t see him ever getting it.

Not sure mate. He is a forward but he looks pretty switched on.

Take with a grain of salt, but the match preview posted on nrl.com earlier said Ford and CNK would be back.

I’m thinking Hastings out for turbo, and yolo boyd into the halves for a week

Turbo was so impressive and that price is temptation

Never mind sticking, one more price drop and he's a clear buy, if he isn't already. Try-scoring 60+ minute hooker with DPP in one of the best teams and guaranteed no Origin at under 500k? Yes please.

I’ve been pretty hyper aggressive so far cutting underperforming midrangers (Butcher, BSmith R2, Boyd R3) so I think I’m going to have to slow down trading (although trade ins have been great so far with Carty, Robson, Preston, Bird)

However I need to fix my WFB pretty desperately (playing 2 of Thompson, Sloan, Warbrick). I can afford SJ + Walsh for Doueihi + Loiero however I think Loiero deserves another shot (more of a defensive stat accumulator which is bound to fail in a 38-34 game) and I’d much rather Teddy/Turbo over Walsh (with Carty, Trindall my cash cows coming to an end)

Loiero was awful last week in real terms, if bellamy has sense he ends him, also much rather play Preston in my 1-17 but that’s one mans opinion

I’ve ditched garner and Hodgson in consequetive weeks who have bounced back

And if I’d been able to I’d have traded uto out rd 1 so I am trigger happy

Everyone ignores internationals because mtvb's site doesn't trawl for them, but he's played plenty of 70+ minute games for New Zealand. Seem to remember that Robinson also said he'd be an 80-minute guy at points later in the season.

In a similar position. Looking at SJ + Walsh too. I'd rather Turbo over Walsh, but going Walsh allows me money to go Loiero to Brailey next week in one trade. If I go Turbo, then to upgrade Loeiro (assuming he has another stinker) means someone needs to be cashed out, so a cow needs to appear (Ford might be a go if he regains the 80 min edge)

Looking at Doueihi and Doorey out for CHN and Lemuelu pending team lists

Leaves cash to grab Teddy next week

Need to turn some of these mids and edges into halves and hookers at some point

I am expecting Crossland to pick up the 13 jersey this week and seriously looking at bringing him in.

Has scored great in the middle at HOK the last couple of weeks, could be a stop gap at HLF and should pick up a DPP of some description soon.

Knights just seem to keep losing players and he is likely to keep getting decent roles the next few weeks.

my tv broke wrote:Only reason I am considering holding E Butcher atm is that a 40ish point guy is better in a pinch (in the next few weeks) than a guy off the bench scoring 7's and losing cash.

But it also wouldn't surprise me if Trindall managed to keep starting for whatever reason.

Hynes hasn't exactly been rushed back though, and if Trindall partnered Hynes I wouldnt want to be playing him anyway as Hynes will dominate the ball.

Genuinely intrigued by this post mate. Why would he continue starting and besides an injury to Moylan, why would he partner him?

This is my team pending TLT
118k in the bank and probably HSS to Sloan to provide me a playable stepping stone to an upgrade later
Would be nice to give some players like Loiero another week but if a cheaper playable option comes along then he will be close to the chopping block

Just going to be patient and keeping picking up fallen guns I enjoy watching while spreading around the players to keep me interested

    Cartwright Katoa

I think I'd pay the extra 50k and bank on Katoa being a keeper. Priced around 40 now, so expecting a ~50 average. Garner's a bit unknown, I'm not sure how safe he is.

I'm looking to penny pinch with MCK or Carty. Possibly both if FKaufusi escapes suspension and I swerve from Lemuelu.

The penny pinch idea might be the shot, they have a bit more meat on the bone. Katoa's a bit more helpful around MBR's if the plan is to hold, too.

Yea, I'd say you're right. But if I want to play it safe Katoa is the better this round given the %ownership. Garner's round 1 was awful though. A bit to think about, cheers for the replies.
