I think he starts playing 55mins and will be back to his beasty best from this weekend.

Defo 1st on my shortlist if I lose one of Murray/Haas/Carrigan to injury.

Same him more than any forward

    Sloan

Pros: Lowest BE, cheapest, reasonable upcoming draw, plays R13 if he sticks around that long.

Cons: Very reliant on attacking stats (sustainable with the Dragons?), base isn't that inspiring (averaging just 99 run meters the first two games), history of low scores with tries (13 and 9 in 80 minutes at FB with tries previously).

    Perham

Pros: Stronger base (averaging 180 run metres so far), less reliant on attacking stats scoring 43 without a try against the Storm.

Cons: Doubtful he can make another 150k from here to reach 520ish?

    CNK

Pros: Looked great in R1, best fantasy pedigree plays R13, Warriors look much improved this year, lower ownership to help claw my rank back.

Cons: HIA in R2 means he won't make much cash short term, was terrible at FB last year (R1 just a flash in the pan?).

Sloan is probably the play right as a balance between being able to make cash and actually be playable?

I agree with all your reasoning, I think you would be OK with any of them. My order of preference is Perham/Sloan/CNK, but Sloan wins based on $ making.

Funnily enough, many years ago it used to be the Monday night captain curse.

It would be great if Douehi is ruled out this week for the people holding him and for Tigers assuming Laurie is good to go.

Currently getting a glitch where it's giving me the option to trade Doueihi out twice, gotta love FanHub Laughing

I support this trade option, go for it! cheer Beer

Yeah, he should run amok you would think. Think Haas is just as good an option though, but we saw him minutes down a little last week so it might be a new trend. Would have just gotten a solid 50 without that flurry at the end.

I'm surprised Haas was getting more minutes than Carrigan. Probably a work load management throughout the season?

Carrigan was recovering from infection, why his minutes and output were down.

I think it probably alternates between them as the season goes on. You saw what happened though when Haas came back after a longer break. Kev might look at that a take more of that approach.

Hmmm...Haas still played 59 and Carrigan 57 so pretty even. Seemed to work well however.

I’m positive grant will hit low 50’s this week. They will spend a lot of time staring at the goal posts. Murray playing 80 sounds like the better option. I’ve been wrong before so who knows time will tell

Boyd looked good and still popped out 42 with a HIA, AND the coach brought him back on while running 3 halves in the side, he is 45-55 pts, SJ will be at home, it is very fine but cool over here in Aotearoa this weekend, should be good kicking conditions will point up at 52-59 again I reckon.

I'm sure they will do their job this week. I'll get Cleary next week when Boyd is on the bye, just wanted to jump on SJ this week to maximise the budget
The Eels are going to dominate the Panthers tonight and Cleary will score another sub 50 cyclops Razz

my tv broke wrote:Doueihi to Wakeham instead of SJ/Reynolds/etc is a pretty interesting idea, but extremely risky.

Might be a nice ride though, and allow for grabbing Hynes in a few weeks time after Sharks bye.
I’ve been bouncing between SJ and Wakeham for my second trade of the week.
I just don’t think i can go through with it

You forgot Grant's burrowing run for a meaty, and many line breaks. You know Bellamy has blasted these kents to kingdom come. I'm expecting Grant to go bonkers

There is a lot of disruption and poor performance at the Tigs, I am staying well away for now.

Any interest in Wakeham at 352k ? Career average of about 40 when starting half/five eight. He should make money if he hangs around long enough.

Looked pretty good when he came on at the end vs the bulldogs, sparked 2 tries. Although the Tigers suck he will have classier players around him then he did at the dogs. Maybe playing with Api and IPap/Bateman can unlock his potential.
