Look, if someone wants to mention that they've chucked a fiver on so-and-so to score, and the team to win blah blah and it looks like they've won, whatever floats your boat.
But, we don't need continual references to odds etc. when most people just want to shoot the bull about the game we enjoy and make predictions (Fantasy wise) regarding which players to sell / buy etc.

Yeah I hate it too. So pervasive, and invasive, and omnipresent. As far as the forum goes, the odd comment is fine, but otherwise put it in the betting thread. This is a fantasy thread, and anyone who might have a problem doesn't want to be reading about it.

Agreed MTB, and I personally don't care if someone wants to give themselves a pat on the back for getting their prediction right.
Me, I just don't see the appeal of gambling, but that's just me.

There's a thread for movies, for draft, for fantasy fantasy, for sportsdeck, for jizzing over Talakai etc etc. It's a separate topic, we don't want it clogged up with post after post after post. Like I said, one here or there is fine.
