Laurie had an absolute blinder in his first Trial for us in the Halves. Can't remember who was 6 and 7 that game but he was running at every opportunity. When he wasn't scoring Tries he was setting them up. I think that was the last time he got a shot in the Halves.

TD: Kiraz to Garrick, same thing but would be covering at fullback during the origin period and can score some tries in the next 2 weeks
Weekes is expected to cover fullback

I cant see any good cashouts so I'm going for keepers and mid range cow.
Ekatoa to Cotter
Perham to Manu
Alamoti to Host
Yeah I’m giving Katoa one more week but I can’t argue with those trades

Are you basing this on the trial game where Weekes played fullback?mattnz wrote:

Whilst it certainly is a possibility, I’m not sure that’s it a certainty.

Laurie seems to be on the outer with sheens to me? All this stuffing around with the team and he hasn’t gotten a decent go

Glad to see you're still alive SI
Cheers Chewie. Laid up with a broken ankle atm. Straight after recovering from a herniated disc last month; infected tear duct in Feb; and bacterial Tonsillitis from an Uber driver New Years Eve
Thank God the Tigers are going so well and my Fantasy team is killing it this year...

Nrl physio
Scans confirm a grade 2 MCL sprain (partial tear) for Jacob Kiraz - the Bulldogs expect him to miss 3-4 weeks. Currently in a brace to allow the ligament to “scar up”, usual return to play range in the NRL is 3-6 weeks

Quite the run (don’t need any more detail about you and the Uber driver)
That’s what happens when you leave the compound
Hope the ankle knits quickly and that’s the end of it

JDB provides me needed MID cover, plus he doesn't have a bye for a while, hoping he can pump out big mins in the middle.
I like Manu, but a potential short stint at 5/8 and a potential short stint at Fullback over the origin period doesn't appeal to me
Manu is a keeper centre even if playing in the centres. I was going to wait a week or two but I’ve jumped on now. Plus the DPP is handy as

JDB played lock 12 times last year, and in all of them scored less than he did last week.
How confident are people that he'll maintain good scores. Is it just a case of every time a player does well, that's the new normal?
