The minutes are there, am I dumb to think he goes back to scoring how he has done in years past and early this season.

Can do Carrigan to Matterson but would require 3 trades, Alamoti-Host Carty-Teddy Carrigan-Matterson

Currently only doing Carty to Manu and potentially Alamoti to Host.

Really didn`t think I would have to sell Carrigan before round 13

Only as a path to Hynes otherwise I'd probably hold

The smart play is probably to sell but im going to hold untill rd 13. Main reason is Broncos have Rabbitohs, Manly, Penrith, Storm all before rd 13 so hopefully plenty of defensive work. Also I dont want to trade him early and then that player get injured before rd 13.

Looking likely I'll be going with Carty/Alamoti out to Manu/Host.

Was originally thinking EKatoa straight swap to Manu, but think he has more potential be stick around longer than Carty does. In saying that, if he does flop this week, then he can be punted in their bye in R9. But I think he does bounce back

    Gives me:

    Boyd
    Haas Murray Ford
    Hosking Host
    Cleary SJ
    Bird Manu
    Miller Teddy CNK

    Moses Preston EKatoa Loiero
    Luke IKatoa Niko ITT

HOK obviously weak, but Boyd is doing a job. Also need another MID soon, maybe if Cheese or JDB in the coming weeks if they can show more consistency

I'm happy to hold for now, only the two lowish scores (one because of a blow out). As HB said, draw gets tougher and Broncos aren't as good as they think they are. Hard work coming up for them.

The right move maybe to sell now, not really trying to convince anyone one way or the other.

Thoughts on Sele? Is he slightly underpriced due to first game -2? Good bye cover and surely decent JS of that Souths bench

Cheers for the response Re Carrigan everyone.

Doesn`t make it the right decision but re affirms my thoughts.

Carrigan has 3 low PPM games in a row.

He is a guaranteed sell by Origin, why wait for his price to drop further?

    I prefer PPG
Those extra points really help overall no matter how fast they score it

Round 7 is traditionally known as Anzac Round. Not sure if this has been mentioned, but in the last 3 years, Round 7 clashes vs the Dragons Joey Manu has scored 58, 58 and 58.

Technically, with the bye, this will be the Roosters R7, so either trade him in for his 58, or forgo the points this round and get him marginally cheaper next round.

Played two of those games at centre and one at FB though.

If I was to make it down for one this year, would have to be mid to late August, since I've decided to piss off to Europe for a month in July.

Don't know what games look like around that time.

    EDIT

Saturday 12th August - Roosters vs Dolphins @ Allianz

    or

Friday 18th August - Eels vs Roosters @ Commbank
    Saturday 19th August - Tigers v Dolphins @ Commbank

    or

Saturday 26th August - Roosters vs Tigers @ Allianz - this one looks pretty good ?

The aura of the 58 transcends position. Robbo could put him at 18th man and we'd watch a series of head knocks resulting in a 50 minute cameo for a solid 58.

    Lock it in.

Even though found a way to get Hynes now and I think he's going to kill it getting Moses instead allows better other trades

Going to try one of these TU/TD questions. Have JMK but I need a MID this week.

TU: Grant to Haas leaves 150k
    TD: Grant+Warbrick to Matto+Manu leaves 45k

Crossland not getting the HOK tag is so annoying.

Thinking either no trades this week or maaaybe just Carty to Manu/Crossland depending on Eels late changes and how frisky I'm feeling after the Chins effort tonight
