Other tidbit from that smh article is Kepaoa in doubt.

So could end up with Talau starting, Laurie in NSW Cup and a four forward bench like a normal team anyway

On Bula, if it was R1 we’d all pick him automatically. I get it’s harder after 3 previous fullbacks in 6 games. But I think there’s enough context clues to suggest he’ll run out for awhile.

Considering for HSS, who is dead as a fantasy asset. Probably be a bit more wary if it was for someone like Couchman, where it could be sideways/backwards (esp with Dragons playing R13 and Tigers not)

Depending on how many Warriors you have, I think Tohu is a better pick up after bye R12

Yes, I'm very much in the weeds trying to make a trade work now that I've avoided Host hahah

I'm fucked. Should I just take Host's 3 pointer or roll the dice on selling Keppie (509k to spend) or HSS (366k to spend).

    Or

Just play iKat, Warbrick or AKP. Who the fark would you choose out of that lot to play?

Barnett coming back means probably one of Bunty or Ale will make way.
Zyon is also knocking on the door of first grade but his debut is probably a while away yet.

Obviously don’t take the 3 points over playing the others but line ball whether to trade Keppie/HSS

Play one of them. Hope they score 35+. Katoa could have a bit of freedom against the Titans. Due for a breakout game.

Bunty looks to have lost some of his impact. Ale looks great, I reckon he sticks. Hasnt missed a tackle in 2023

If it was round 1 you don't have to spend a trade to get him in though.

I also still have HSS and Bula would be ideal to move him to but as tempting as it is I think I'd rather wait a week to have a look and make sure he is named next week. The only downside is missing out on say a $20k price rise. HSS is also handy this week for looping purposes.

Are there many other non-Bird havers? I've got Lemmy and Alamoti. With Bird's BE and his byes hes a pretty important buy (even on the edge TBH), but Penis seems like a good ride too at the same price. Pair him up with Manu in the next week or two

I've had him since round 1, warming my bench, but I need to choose between either him or Nikorima to get a start in my 17 this week....might give him a run.

Have a Holmes/Penis centre combo here, with Alamoti backup. No Bird. Further tempted by Manu

I don't have Bird, and my rank is not very good.

Not sure what I'm doing at the moment. If Carty starts then hold fire, if he's benched, then I have an hour to figure out what to do. Might take a shower as well.

Yeah, pretty much same boat. Will hold Carty if he starts, maybe do Brick>Bula for the cash and reassess next week (will look good next to Talau in the EMG).

If he is benched I'm a bit lost on trades, too early for Harris, want to hold off Materson incase Hopgood is a better buy, Manu can wait a week, Penis/Bird are so expensive but the most likely in I guess.
