Wednesday I will be doing my update to the blog, not unhappy with how this week went so will fill you all in

43/111 in the Fanatics league, losing to Far Canal by 2 points in L1 lol but have gone from 23,000th-odd last week to 6000th-odd this week. Thank god for Teddy and CS9 considering my 2nd row is underperforming!

Avoided the injuries this week so at least happy with that, pretty par for the course I think with 750 pre updates to Woods/DCE and JTurbo...LAM might have to go this week should have the cash to go straight to James Graham

Just took a peak at the rules and whilst there is every chance they have changed it without updating the page, this is what it said about AE's

"4. Each Eligible Entrant will be awarded one Automatic Emergency, in the event that any of the Scoring 17 players in the case of the “Fantasy League Competition” or the chosen Starting Team Size in the case of the “Draft League Competition” do not play in any given round and receive a score of 0 points. The Automatic Emergency will be the lowest scoring player who receives a score greater than 0 from their selected Team of 25, who is not selected in the Scoring 17. The Automatic Emergency score will be automatically added to the total points scored by the Eligible Entrant's team in any given round."

Looks like its business as usual then. Might seem a little early to be worrying about it for some but with Leilua almost certainly sitting out for the next few weeks my only fit options are Green and Gutherson prior to trading. Hoping some miracle occurs and both Feeney and Green are dropped, means I won't have to try and make a trade there just yet. Will happily cop an AE as there is fuck all to choose from replacement wise anyway.

Edit: I guess I might not need to be concerned about Feeney, needs to score above 0 to be used as an AE anyway No

730 pre updates is bette than expected coming into this round. Hoping for an update from Woods as has been mentioned, and DCE gets his customary 10 point bumper.

if Slater is out for the season, I will do everything in my power to get Munster into my side.
Good backs are hard to get these days, and Teddy is just too expensive, I would need to perform major surgery on my side to get him in. Im raising cash this round, and trading Barba to Munster for round 4. Barba is too scary. Was on -1 until he made one play and ended up on the 27 he landed on. His ceiling is high, but that floor is way too low for me to play him.

I'm with ya there Pookie, Munster and Scott seem to be good pickups if Slater is gone for the year. Also from the chatter here Holland is obviously tempting but with BMoz coming back soon will he stick around?

More surprised with JTurbo staying on 47, he was everywhere and was making 2/3 tackles a defensive set

I have no idea where to start this week. If I have no injury worries is it best to use two trades to dump failed cows for those making money?

So from my squad I am thinking..

    Trading this week:
Sue + Ah Mau for Lawrence + Graham/Taupau
(Leaning towards Graham, I could also bring in both potentially depending on price changes. However Lawrence is hard to pass up.)

    Notice next week:
    Rochow, Taia and Ferguson

    Duds I am carrying:
Barba, Mansour, Gordon, Feeney, Henry and Green.
(Gordon + Barba are safe, expecting big games to balance out from them.)

Oh and Krump.. cow milchcow gun

Trade I'm thinking of are Feeney and Green for Scott and Holland. Should still leave me 200k roughly
