It’s all about the minutes and that bench is forward heavyRamitinmyhaaas wrote:Is anyone bringing in Sipley? I'm going Host -> Sipley hopefully he can keep his scoring up and make some money. I checked his stats from previous seasons too and when playing the minutes he currently is he scores very well.
NRL Fantasy 2023 Part 39 - Host is still playable, right?

I think horse has a monster score coming. A 70 minute lock with 1ppm work rate, who can score a try. Building his fitness, working into that role. Has scored 100 before for mounties. Just hoping he holds off a week, plan to get him next week.lk22 wrote:
Thanks - that was my initial play too, but I am 25k short of CNK - Horse.
Would need to trade EKat or Carty to get him in. EKat > Horse feels very sideways. If I trade carty I need to play Couchman and dont have any green dots outside the 17.

Lawton would be there to cover hooker, Keppie was dropped a couple of weeks ago and Bullemor is an undersized middle now, so surely Sipley will continue being the first interchange and can hit the 40 odd minute mark like he has the last 2 weeks?

I’ve had it a few times won’t pay full price, it’s 5 percent off mate, 10percent off Woolies brands and 10percent you can take off once a month I pick my biggest shop for it.wolfking wrote:

Doesn’t even need 70 mins, 50 mins is good enough at his price point. Probably 18th/19th man for origin, predicting he might play a part later in the series but should be good to play round 13.
Good thing is he looks like he’s playing for a spot in the maroons and it looks like Ricky is happy to let him do it so the large minute role is his to lose.
He’ll be in team Bender this week.

With Cleary a potential late out, EMG priority becomes more important.
Not confident with any of my options, but I'm thinking that:
Bula
AKP
Couchman
is probably the safest order?

Very unsure this week, had an absolute shocker last round (rank 2k to 7k) and now have to max trade my way out.
Tohu I think will come back as early as possible on reduced minutes, so is a sell.
Carty I can get rid of next week, Ekat is a keeper in my eyes I want to hold (50 av no tries)
Thinking the below:
Tohu - Cheese (HOK cover for Grant)
Turbo - Manu
CNK - $558k? Curran / Sipley / MCK (yuck)?
Really needs to be a MID so i can avoid playing Couchman.
Team would be
Cheese
?? Matterson Ford
Hosking Preston
Cleary Hynes
Alomoti HTF
Miller Manu Walsh
IKat, Carty, Crossland, Knik
Grant, EKat, Warbrick, Couchman
I'd probably bring in Mitch Kenny and move cheese to mid.

10% is solid. Especially doing a monthly shop to save that.

Anyone looking at AFB?
Went massive last game and looked the goods, passing the eye test.
Surely responsibility only goes up with their outs from the last game. Plays round 13 too.
Considering as an alt to JDB and Bird, with Carty to him to cover Haas being out this week.
