Think I'm on him, tbh. Probably be my only trade, Walsh to Lemu. Was going to go Drinky, but the Cowboys do stink, and with the 93 in his history, Lemu could make another 100k with a month of 45s plus more reliable scoring.

Also thinking of Preston to Dylan Brown for byes just in case that gets out of reach, but more likely to bank a couple instead.

Just looking at Alamoti to Drinkwater for bye coverage and that....doesn't feel right when I can get Teddy for $60k more

Priced around 42 and averaging 45 for the season with an injury game and 48 from the last 7 games as a starter.

Timing kinda sucks with the bye next week if you've got two Dolphins already or no CTR cover though.

This TLT makes me tempted just to HLOD

Shortlist was already short before team lists, got much shorter

Robson - can wait
Hopgood - sell at 717k buy at 704k was briefly on, but yeah nah I'm not falling for that. Wait until closer to R13 to pick an Eels forward instead
JdB - not with Bird in middle rotation
Horse - nagging feeling he plays Origin
Tatola - can wait
Luki - wait and see
Oloapu - stubbornly refuses to start
Te Whare - stubbornly refuses to sit on the bench

I think Horse is the only one I'm still considering, but I don't really want to sell Hosking or Preston to make it happen.

Might I interest you in Nelson Asofa-Solomona? He's got the patented Hybrid Role(TM) like he did at the end of last year, attacking on the edge and defending in the middle and has been deadset unstoppable whenever he's been on the field.

Jeez, when did Brad Arthur become such a team list dickhead? If the Eels line up as suggested today I will pen a written apology to him, but what is that rubbish, and when on earth did Davey become not a Manly Sea Eagle player?

Anyway, not sure it'll affect my plans too much, though I am slightly interested in Greig. But man I just hate seeing that level of shitery.

Also very nervous Nikorima owner with Milf on that bench. Yuck.

Pretty surprising team lists, all in all. Quite a few names I was not expecting... like Davey, for the Eels.

JDB - reasons
Tatola - Too early
Luki - Too early, hamstrings
Drinkwater - Cowboys & Drinkwater
Robson - Would be a last minute R13 purchase
Horse - Red hair & SOO
Base Price Dudes - Bench
Brown - Same as Robson

Tedesco though....might do it
Edit : I am considering Katoa of the Melb variety back in though (also pissed I traded CNK instead of Alamoti last week....was sure he was going to miss this week with HIA protocol)

I've got Drinkwater and Tedesco, scrambling from my no-Miller policy which is finally paying off 10 rounds into the year

I only did Alamoti instead of CNK to get Bula's score. Was lucky there.

Forgot I'm also holding eKatoa as well as Preston and Hosking, so there is the case to sideways shuffle to the Horse I guess. I don't need all 3

Alamoti to Bird is my only locked in trade at this point. Will think about Preston and Couchman.

Just to put it in perspective MattNZ

Greig has averaged 23 minutes per game this year

Makatoa has averaged 28 minutes per game

Both players has impressive weeks last week, for instance, Makatoa ran for 194 metres in 39 minutes scoring around a point a minute. I don't see anyone rushing to bring him in either. The reason is Matterson will take big minutes at MID. Do not choose Greig - I was well impressed with his performance last week but he is not a good fantasy option

I only have Ford for R13 in the pack (decent chance I move Bird to EDG that week given that Te Whare apparently has the Dolphins spot and is on my watchlist for R12), and I don't mind that.

NAS misses 13 but he plays 16 which seems like it'll be a harder round for MIDs with guys like JDB and Tapine having byes.

Knights this week, Dolphins next week...Lee named at CTR, VTW Reserves

ITT and TPJ to Horsburgh and Bula seems sensible post team lists. Was going to need a 3rd trade to get JDB and now not convinced it’s worth it.
