Rd13 team currently looks like this:

    Hands
    Horburgh, JDB, Stone
    Ford, Couchman
    Reynolds, Crossland
    Bird, ***
    Miller, ***, ***

and looking to trade in Robson before then so ten players, many with questionable outputs.

DCE and Holmes are the worst for Origin player bye schedule but without selling them early you can’t really upgrade coin goats after Boyd on your bench

As a Fifita owner for several weeks, you won't regret it, totally different player this season. Great base, still to have a huge attacking game.

Drinkwater doesn’t seem great for H2H because he’s available on major byes in which H2H likely don’t have fixture (which is great for overall) but byes will happen on normal rounds where H2H will occur

Fifita seems obvious play (also sub point preferring Bateman to Papali’i post R13 - weirdly IPap got subbed for Talau last week)

While I'm all for early planning and taking byes into consideration when executing trades from here, I'm not entirely convinced filling your team with RD 13 guys was absolutely necessary this far out (i.e. I'm not sure how helpful counting how many R13 guys you have at R10 is)

We will have at least 9 more trades available to fill 13 spots pre R13 and a shitoad of trades after that to deal with the other byes.

Another strategy may have been trading judiciously early doors to ensure that you have enough trades left to take advantage of this.

In saying this I am guilty of getting the R13 shitter instead of the other shitter when taking a punt and I must say this has not had spectacular results to date.

I think I'd hold DCE and see what I can do with Alamoti and Warbrick first.

Not sure if Oloapu or Talau are good cashouts, but I'll probably have both this week..

Horse and Drinkwater are the bye-friendly players I'm targeting, but Campbell for the excitement factor might edge out Drink.

Not sure about To'o.. I try to avoid wingers unless they're cheap cows so I don't have to make those calls. Ride it out or trade to Horse is my thinking.

    thanks Mattnz, Camo and Chewie.

Yeah wanted him for weeks, funny enough im playing the guy who beat me in last years grandfinals when Fifi hurt his hand and cost me the flag.

Hopefully this time he is the difference maker in a positive way.

I do love the look of Fifi in my squad I was worried I was just being bias feeling great now.

good call on Bateman might look at him if I move on Ford at some point.

got Bula at WFB 3 so if he goes well could just keep him there.

might just neglect the WFB spot and load up on gun Halves, Edges eventually Yeo on the bench.

You just made a very compelling case for Greig.  Maybe not great scores the next couple but should see a big uptick of minutes over that period.

I was thinking the same until someone went through the Eels forward pack this week and it looked increasibly likely that he may just get the initial 20 and then Matto plays out and he just gets the 1 stint?
