Still going ahead with Ford to Bird and not playing Alamoti?
Me? I have to play Alamoti, even after getting Bird. Without Ford, i have no edge cover (lemu on bye), so need an edge, and Bird fits the req. Just the one trade this week. I did not realise I had traded away all my edges. With Bird Manu and Lemu I think Manu might end up in my WFB's eventually.
What are your moves this week?

Simpkin at base price will be useful during Origin if Koro is selected
If Origin Koro misses 14 (likely not guaranteed with 2 day turnaround from Origin), 16, 19, 20 (likely not guaranteed with 2 day turnaround from Origin)
Also Ponga at 402k and set to go below that should be a solid 18th/19th man
Seems wrong that I could downgrade AKP to Ponga

Wish tigers would play Talau at wing, where he has less decisions to make.

TU:Garrick
TD:Luki
I don't quite see the interest in Garrick (aware he's scored well in the past). If its me I'm grabbing Luki and hope he gets up to full fitness and close to 80 mins quickly. Boom player if he hits form.

Atm I’m in camp no trades. Alamoti will play at CTR and Sele takes the last spot on the bench. Can trade Ford to anyone up to Tapine but yeah not really sure I want to this week.my tv broke wrote:

I could go Ford to Bird and move Alamoti down to EMG or loop him with Sele.
Not really sure what to do

For those with a choice, who would you play out of Host and Bula
They're in the same game so can't loop
(Although if Alamoti goes huge tonight the answer will be neither Host nor Bula)

Feels like a good week to bank a couple of trades really. If I didn't need to trade Ford to field 17, I'd probably hold as well.

Very difficult choice
I’d go host, but I don’t have a huge reason

Rock on LB, I'm a fellow no trade man as well
Resisting urge to go Cook - Robson, hopefully Cook can put on a score against the Tigers (in a losing game) as will likely make that trade in the next 2 weeks anyway

Yeah atm if I was to trade it would just be the single trade of Ford to Birdmy tv broke wrote:

Just trying to figure out if bringing in Bird just to dodge whatever Alamoti puts up will be worth it. I know Bird is probably a CTR keeper at the end of the day so it’s probably a good idea.
If Alamoti scores 40 and Bird scores 50 I’d probably be a bit filthy on it

Just a slow start to year I think personally mate, 2/3 tries over next few rounds and he's well worth the trade in with his good base.

No trades for me. It is, however, time for an icy cold can. Hawkes session lager to ease into Friday

Am a 2nd row short, thinking Hammer is a bigger trade out than Ford.

We will never give up. The jerk circle continues, onwards and upwards, to round 12
