I’m eyeing Hosking to HEdwards and even considered Preston to luki for cash Gen but they seem frivolous
    I’ve still got both.
I am looking at off-loading Hosking this week but ideally I’d need another edge and no one is putting their hand up (only 10k in the bank).
I may end up holding and re assess next week.
No thoughts yet of trading Preston. He may become IPap down the track.

What do people think of Marzhew at WFB... he does not play R19 but that is a long way off in any case. Seems to score consistently and has the capacity to go large

Would Manu to Billy Smith be considered a bad trade? I know Manu isn't out for long but it allows me to go Hosking to Hopgood and have 200k in the bank for next week.

Looks as good as any WFB this season and has the best bye schedule.

I think keeping Preston until R16 makes sense

Never got Hosking, but would probably ditch him now if I could

Preston will go at some point (is the plan at least, injuries and form for my other players could well mean he's that guy who you never trade out)

Sorry for what is probably a dumb question but for round 13 it's just your starting 13 that count right ?

2 trades this week and 4 trades next week leaves me on 13 trades. Can grab Oloapu/Edwards this week leaving me plenty of cash to grab 4 bye round players next week (1 MID, 2 EDG, 1 HLF). Who leaves me will be the hard part

Hosking to HEdwards locked in and Preston to luki looking like it’s on the back burner

    TU: Trade Hosking
    TD: Trade Teddy

Would most likely trade the other one of these guys next week (or to a R14 guy if I can't afford anyone worth having)

Luke Thompson is back in R16 and may not take his spot back. I think you have to think beyond R13

Manu is a tough one - definitely missing next 2 weeks, but if he does come back R14 like everyone hopes, then he plays the next 5 weeks in a row.

Only non-origin Roosters, Panthers, Storm players do that
Cowboys and Parra play 4 out of 5 but miss R15 +R18 respectively (only teams on the bye that week, so easier to cover)

Tempted to trade to for Billy Smith for cash. If Manu doesn't play 14 (or comes back at much less than 100%), then it probably works out for the best.

My vague plan is that I am happy not to chase too hard for points for R13, because think I'll be able to make it up on many that do by having trades left.

If you want to have an idea of likely Origin selection, Joey presents this show with Fittler. It may be Joey presenting this segment, but given the NSW coach is on the show, it is likely the closest you will get to him saying his own thoughts.

Fittler himself says in the segment that he has spoken with the Manly staff and Turbo isn't injured and is good to go.

    JAC
    Luai
    Cleary
    Haas
    Cook
    Jurbo
    Haumole
    Murray
    Yeo

    Reserves:
    Api
    Hudson
    Saifiti
    Paulo

With Martin to come in..... which also raises that he will want to spend a lot of time on the field this week to demonstrate he can play game 1. Has to be bad news for Hosking minutes.

If this is the team, or close to it, Hynes has to be the most traded in player in round 14.

I was just watching this. Freddy is also involved with the Origin side right?
Would agree with most of what you've said. If you haven't already, watch it from the start. Joey and Freddy together is just fucking awesome

NAS > Billy Smith. 335k in the bank.

Will hold off on other trades pendent on origin selections.

Still feel Luki and H.Edwards are traps. How much coin are 2 trades (in and out) worth?

Re: Valynce. Defensive liability. Cooked even in a touch up. Needs to be more fit

Re; Hudson Young . He has to be in origin. You've just got to have him.
