Interesting point Mulvy.
Just a question, what's Burbo's 'real' BE?
Preston may stick around until after the byes possibly. Unless an obvious and easy upgrade presents itself.Ponga Yeo the Mann wrote:Many on here keeping Preston and Hosking long term? No hope they are good enough for final 17s without HIAs effecting some of their recent scores?
I’m eyeing Hosking to HEdwards and even considered Preston to luki for cash Gen but they seem frivolous
Hosking gone for me. The bench is just too scary.Ponga Yeo the Mann wrote:Many on here keeping Preston and Hosking long term? No hope they are good enough for final 17s without HIAs effecting some of their recent scores?

From round 14 who are the best teams to choose from in regards to remaining schedule?? I think Bulldogs was one of them

Feel like HEdwards is this week or don't bother type of trade
Ahhh sweet as. Will plan accordingly I guessrhinoceroo wrote:
Bulldogs and Tigers.... but not too many of them because they (and Sharks) miss R17.

Hosking out this week, Preston next week.

Fair enough. Just wondering if I’m going early or unnecessarily.
Preston averaging 54 if you take out his HIA game. Potential keeper territory
Hosking averaging 60 in starts at 2nd row without HIAs but has a high BE this week (that he scored 1 short of in round 10)

Dunster ==> Gutherson

Fair?

He will make 50k this week if he scores 35 and still have a low B/E the following week - that is too hard to ignore
I think he’s missed plenty of game time through injuries, HIA’s and warming the first grade bench.Jumping Marlin wrote:Any Manly fans care to shed light on this?
I went looking for Burbo's NSW Cup stats. I couldn't find his stats profile, so had a bit of a dig around, and I ended up puzzled.
Since the beginning of 2021 it looks like:
> he played three NSW cup games in 2021, and no NSW Cup games in all of 2022-2023?
> he has played 586 minutes across 20 NRL games, ie equal to 7.3 games.
Can it be right that he has played equivalent of around 10 games of rugby league since the start of 2021?
The three games I could find from NSW Cup make for horrific reading:
Round 3, 80min 2RF, 32 fantasy points
Round 4, 80min 2RF, 10 fantasy points
Round 5, 80min 2RF, 17 fantasy points
In those 3 games he averaged 22 tackles, 6 missed tackles and 3 ineffective tackles per game.
I feel like I must be missing something???
EDIT: What ynot said earlier (and he found 1 game I did not find).

You might as well just get Garrick for 100k less than Nufferson

Think I would prefer to take a punt in Simonsson if that was the case. Garrick does not play all byes and scores are a bit shit on the WING
