When does Trent Robinson see the light and start Angus Crichton

Would be a sensational 18th man if/when he dips below 500k

(Obviously the mental illness is a factor but not sure whether starting/bench would be a difference)

It’s quite strange that he isn’t playing 80 every week. Surely he is a better option than Egan who is probably better in the middle.

Maybe just not quite there yet mentally

Ewwww I think I definitely got that one wrong

In fairness I was on iPap for about 90% of the time, only briefly flirted with Bateman Fri morning. So probably more of an unlucky outcome than bad process. I dunno.

He might not be there physically yet either

Likely was unable to train properly Nov/Dec, didn’t train most of Jan/Feb, probably reduced training Mar/Apr into May.

Thats a lot of time out.

I'm already doing Cleary to Moses (pretty vanilla trade there), but is it worth doing a 2nd trade?

My thought is Billy Smith (just don't think he's that good now, and I have enough CTR depth to not need him anymore) out for Sorensen (seems to have 80 mins locked down on the Penrith left edge and Cleary out may mean he gets more ball on that side, and the MID/EDG dual is super useful.

I'm 1k short of Bateman but also already have 4 guys with a bye in R17 so ideally would not get any more (e.g. not Ipap)

It could just have easily been Ipap scoring the try and the scores get reversed. Just unlucky

Cleary to Moses and probably Granville to Fainu with a ridiculous cash reserve. Making two of the more standard movez this week.

angus spilled an easy pass coming out of his 22 then the dragons scored from his mistake & they could have lost due to the angus error so my guess is he stays on the bench

I don’t like the Sorensen move at all

    I think the 94 is a huge outlier. Outside of that he’s a low-mid 40s guy costing nearly 700k

For example Nat Butcher is pretty much same price, same DPP, same bye rounds, same dodgy job security, likely to average more

Trouble is, it will probably come down to a choice between the two biggest fuckwits in the NRL, Luai and Walker.

I agree, Luai was never the best choice but...
Fittler has really backed himself into a corner. Stick with Luai, stick with "combinations" or throw both out which is admitting his previous strategies weren't the right ones.

Big Call: If Luai doesn't play game 2, I don't see him ever playing origin again.

At the moment I have Preston, Bula and Hynes who will be missing in Round 17 and only Hopgood who’s missing in 18 so going to add Moses and Matterson and hope for the best with other players

wtf is wrong with JDB, is his injury status.

He had a cat 1 concussion last night so he'll miss this week and their bye in R16, and be back in R17.

I would hold him, he'll be fine.

R17 and R18 is a tightrope, makes sense it was easier to manage 13-15 than 16-20 I guess

Yeah I reckon they'll end up around the same. I went with IPap for durability reasons, but that could easily backfire. I'm more wondering if I should've gone with EKatoa instead with Rd 17 looking tough to navigate. Scored less, but cost way less too. Trying to avoid guys carrying injuries though.

Not much doing until Saturday fantasy-wise for me. Get a look at Talau and possibly Te Whare. Cleary and/or Bird to one/two of Moses, Ponga and Manu. Favouring Manu over Penis with the extra game and dual, but could get him for another discount next week.

I don't see the problem with not selecting Luai if he doesn't suit the other half chosen

Luai was the most threatening last week. massive fuckwit but can't see him getting dropped. especially after the whole pick and stick nsw were throwing at Qld.

My big call is that Cleary is the most relieved man in NSW right now.
