    Remove your goggles mate.

He was hugely strapped up under his shirt, he definitely isn’t over it

Do people grabbing Simpkin have an issue with numbers for round 17?

Seems like such an easy trade in aside from that problem, for me.

Tempted to gamble on Hands keeping the 9 long term. His scores are kind of shit though

Oloapu will probably have to go for me next week just to field 17 (before we even see what happens with origin players)

He won't be fully over it until the end of the season, but I think he's worth the punt at the price he's currently at. The bye coming up in round 19 should also help him a bit.

That said I wouldn't expect him to be more than a 17th/18th man in my final team (18th man matters more this year with weekly byes)

Oloapu will have to go for me just to field 16, minus any Origin outs. That's with bringing in Simpkin (and Hynes). Probably long-term worth it, but the Api injury/Robson and Cook selection has been a real pisser, has had consequences for the whole month.

Probably not an option for me. Have 6 on the bye next week so he and HEdwards likely to be punted. Can’t get Simpkin

If you want to make a trade in this comp, you can do it this week. The window closes just before the Cowboys vs Panthers match on Friday

    Cheers

There’s no one good that’s cheap to trade Oloapu to either lol

Reckon Jaxson Paulo ever gets another start? Haha

    Pretrades got this bunch

    Turpin
    Edwards - -
    Ipap, Preston (Loeiro, Tupouinua)
    Oloapu DBrown*
    Alamoti, Suaali'i*
    Bula, Gutho, Ponga

Definitely going DBrown to Hynes and have gone Loeiro to Matterson for now

Next week have Edwards, Preston, Oloapu, Alamoti, Ipap, Bula, Hynes on bye with Teddy, Haas, DCE backing up and Suaali'i suspended

Edwards and Alamoti will be moved on at minimum + I'll probably find someone for Preston. That will leave me with 5 trades but only really needing to move on Turpin+find a way to get Cleary back

Looks like Junior Pauga has overtaken him in the pecking order

And if Manu goes back to centre / Suaalii comes back, then then Pauga/Allen are going to drop out of the team too.

I've got 5 on the bye next week but one of them is HEdwards who will almost certainly be traded, giving me a full 17 if everyone backs up and nobody gets injured/dropped

If I trade Loeiro to Hynes this week I'd have 16 for R17, which I may just cop the hit
Or trade Burton to Hynes and keep it a full team for the week (Cook/Teddy pending their origin backups)

Gone from loads of halves to R17 likely having only SJ (Hynes, Oloapu bye, was planning to sell Nikorima and Moses). Similar issues with Bateman and Preston in same position on bye stretching EDG cover (might have to utilise EDG DPP of Lem/Bird if I buy)

Might be worth holding Nikorima over Tatola for this reason

DCE possible option in R17, but would just be short on current plans (which keep going to shit)
