These field settings are shocking from Cummins. Can’t see how we are trying to get them out or pressure them

No way Roosters are going after Hunt, we literally get connected to 90% of players off contract and only 10% of the time is it even true. but as long as everyone keeps buying the lies the media and player managers will continue to link us.

Even though he is a round 19 number, Parra are going left all night and he's getting left out in the cold (and he was doing great in round 12 and 13 when they actually went right for once), and I don't think I'd miss his 15-20 points. Fainu's BE is low enough that I can keep him for a bench game, just as long as he's in the 17, while Russell's BE of 32 means he will almost certainly lose money.
Plan would be to bring in Simpkin next week for whichever one of these guys I don't sell now, and then ride his cash rises up until Api gets back, then cash him out.
Only thing keeping me off that for now is that right wingers have recently done well against the Phins, with Saab and DWZ scoring doubles in the past two games against the Phins, plus there's also the chance that Kelma Tuilagi pushes Fainu out of the team.
isnt there a rule about bringing in someone whos on a bye?
as in simpkin has 14 days to get injured in training before the next game he plays

Yeah there is, hence why I'm not buying Simpkin this week. I'm trading HEdwards and one of Fainu or Russell this week (to Sami and Klese Haas), and then the other one of Fainu or Russell to Simpkin next week, after his bye.

Have moved a few of the non Fantasy Threads across to the Fantasy section: Music/TV/Off Topic/Betting/2023 Meet Up
There is no issue with the off topic posting in this main thread; but would be great to see some action in those other threads we have now merged over

Who is this CTR Dylan Lucas and why did he make over 50 tackles against the Roosters?!

He's a 2nd rower from the Knights. Didn't realise he was available at CTR in Fantasy
Labs gone! Khawaja and Smith in - 201 to win, 8 wickets in hand.
Epic incoming!!!

Need a CTR, HLF and 2 other warm bodies this week to get 17 on the park IF JMK is fit and all origin players back up. In a bit of trouble but have tentatively gone this way
Alamoti>Kris - if I'm gonna have a shitto at centre they may as well have DPP and play the next big bye. Banks a bit of cash to help the other moves
Oloapu>Brimson - Byes finished for the year, price down 160k for the year and has shown the ability to go 50+ over decent sample sizes
Preston>Cook - Seem the best keeper I can afford. Think he will back up after probably only playing max 50 minutes in origin
Edwards>Hughes - Probably the best option sub 600k
Gives me this with 4 trades left
Cook
Haas, Tapine, Horse
Matterson, Tupouinua
DCE(c), Brimson
Lemuelu, Kris
Teddy, Ponga, Gutho
Harris, Hughes, Turpin, JMK
Hynes, Ipap, Bula, Suaali'i
Need to find some cash to deal with Turpin in a few weeks, find a way to bring Cleary back and play one of Kris/Suaali'i every week but aside from that should be pretty solid the rest of the way

NRL posted a 2nd injury update yesterday after reading my post apparently.
- Keary cleared of fractured jaw
- Sitili Tupounia suffered a badly corked thigh and could be in doubt

On my list to consider this week. WFB options for R19 are limited, he looks like a decent option.
I need to buy a centre though before the eels bye to cover Simonnson as I’m running without cover.
I also need edge cover but I’m hoping Kleese gets named to start to fix that.

Not worried Brimson is still 18th man, making bye cover moot?
Billy picked Dearden as 18th despite him not being on a bye. Now Brimson is 18th, possibly because he covers FB as well as HLF. Might still be that way for Origin 3.

Played the first two byes with 11, might as well play rd19 with 11 as well I'm thinking - only Gutho or Brimson options I would consider but not keen to use a precious trade on one of those two, when the following week ideally it will be time to get Turbo (or Latrell the week after).

AFB TU
Haas TD
Have to stick with one from this round til the end of season.
Leaning AFB given he will play more games are likely to average similar.

Looks like he is as likely to score a try as Haas is to play 65 minutes.
And Haas output not likely to increase for the next 4 weeks. Plays an extra game over Haas. AFB averaging more minutes especially over the last month.
