It changes draft quite a bit

If the game opens before 1230pm, then waivers are 1230pm Tues

But when it’s delayed, the waivers are 1230pm Weds 

Difference is before and after team lists, which is a huge difference in information and how you play waivers

I think it was meant to help people save trades, so they wouldn't feel the need to burn through them trying to field 17 through all the major and minor byes.

Whatever the problem was at the end of round 13, obviously, has not been addressed. It’s the same team score calculation issue, only this time, it’s not on the app. Cannot wait for scores to be wrong on both post round 19. 

Don’t expect lockout to be lifted until 1pm, if we’re lucky.

Story checks out when thinking about the deeply clunky trade system. So tempting to burn it all down and start from scratch I'm sure, but who wants to pay dev teams when you've racehorses to worry about?
