If you must have someone playing round 19, AFB might be a sneaky one, he's been playing 65 mins a game for quite a while now and beasting so may be an alternative to Haas/Yeo.
Otherwise I would be targeting the Origin guys that are priced low (e.g. Grant, Munster, DCE) but try to have a way to reverse the trades if they don't back up.
If you want a cheaper option for WFB then it's between Sami, CNK and Simonsson for mine.
